1.“前悔”之悟与“后悔”之哀

骏马飞奔在茫茫原野上，当它判断前方有不能越过的河沟障碍、嗅到有威胁安全的险恶敌情时，便能立刻止蹄不前。而人往往无此“前悔”而有“后悔”。古语云“马有前悔，人有后悔”，此之谓也。
不禁想起正风反腐的自警自律问题。近日，听六中全会精神宣讲团成员剖析一些贪官的忏悔录，指出落马者痛心疾首、悔不当初，恨感对不起党的教育培养、断送了奋斗大半生的前程。后悔是一种良知的唤醒。然而，“覆水不可收，行云难重寻”。走路跌倒可以爬起来，违法犯罪则踏上的是不归路。这就警示党员干部面对“乱花渐欲迷人眼”，必须有抵御腐败风险的“前悔”特质。
不迷心志、不生后悔，是先贤留下的人生箴言。北宋政治家寇准作《六悔铭》，第一条便是“官行私曲，失时悔”，告诫官吏要自我警惕以权谋私，否则事发便后悔莫及。《近思录》一书中写道：“然其明而刚，故一有不善，未尝不知；既知，未尝不遽改，故不至于悔。”举凡胸有大志、心存敬畏的仕者，诸如范仲淹、于谦、海瑞、张伯行等，正因为“明而刚”，即便在污浊的官场中亦能守身如玉。
共产党的干部身为人民公仆，奉崇立党为公、执政为民，当具备封建清官不能企及的崇高精神境界和自省自律操守，需有信念自守，而无迷魂之悔；有党性自励，而无蜕变之悔；有守纪自明，而无出格之悔；有拒腐自警，而无堕落之悔；有终身自豪，而无中落之悔，以“忠诚、干净、担当”的风范书写完美的从政人生。焦裕禄、孔繁森、杨善洲、谷文昌等一系列模范干部，就是共产党人的不朽典范。
然而，有的党员干部起初志存高远，进而奋发蹈厉，不乏荣耀功业，但随着职位升高、环境变化，渐次放纵自己，逐步变质堕落，吞下了无法挽回的“后悔”恶果：或陷进“四风”淤泥而不能自拔，或“一天不进钱，心里就难受”，或滥用权力任性谋私，或编织“小圈子”，苦心经营利益共同体，当东窗事发后便懊悔失去了政治生命、人身自由、家庭团圆等最宝贵的“无价幸福”。
“自我心存道，外物少能逼。”可悲的是，极少数官员每每把落马归咎于制度缺失、环境险恶，甚至埋怨组织和上级对自己“平时没人管，一管就被关”。这种遇事无“前悔”、事后无悔过的心态，当予以棒喝猛醒：你落马所犯的哪一项不是党纪国法所明令禁止的？所作所为的哪一件没有前车之鉴？自食其言的哪一条自个未曾表态过？追根溯源，忘了初心、背弃信仰，“总开关”出问题必有溃堤之险。
“举头三尺有神明”。对于党员干部而言，此“神明”就是党的纲纪。随着关于新形势下党内政治生活的若干准则和党内监督条例出台，党规党纪日臻完善。然而，他律监督为外因，自律警醒是内因，外因需靠内因发力。如果内有“心魔”、利迷心窍，必会冒险“探汤”、以身试法。每个党员干部，都应有怀在内心的自省之悟，始终信仰不渝、忠诚不变、法纪不忘、本色不改。
2.“顶霾考试”折射了多少本末倒置

教育和环保的最终旨归都是“人”，重霾中的露天考试恰恰是对“人”的背离。它再次做出了一个提醒：以人为目的、以人为归宿的理念远远没有深入到社会生活的肌理。
河南数百孩子坐在重霾中露天考试的照片，让涉事的林州市临淇镇一中校长被停职，也让舆论场一片大哗。
实际上，因为自带话题性，“雾霾+”式的新闻在每个重霾笼罩的时节都层出不穷，为何雾霾考试的消息尤其让人不安？答案大概是，新闻内涵教育和环保两个落点，而教育和环保的最终旨归都是“人”，重霾中的露天考试恰恰是对“人”的背离。因此，它虽然是偶发事件，却折射出了一个社会日久经年、习焉不察的“本末倒置”。
第一种常见的“本末倒置”，是个人身心健康及其所代表的个体价值与外在功利目的之间的倒置。一种社会观念已经在漫长的粗放式发展中形成：个体身心健康是随时准备被“牺牲”的东西，而以这种身心健康为目的的环保措施，也可以随时让位于经济社会要求。太多的城市秉持着要发展就要牺牲环保的态度，太多的地方一边顶着“癌症村”的名头一边高喊着GDP口号，这些，都与重霾中露天考试是同样荒谬的黑色幽默。
第二种“本末倒置”，是教育目的与教育手段之间的颠倒。谁都知道健康的体魄、成熟的人格是教育的目的，而大大小小的考试不过是让这个宏大目标可以计量的手段。但现在，可能诱发严重呼吸道疾病、心脑血管疾病，让成年人避之唯恐不及的重度雾霾，在一些教育者心中远不如一场考试来得重要，在教学进度面前几乎可以忽略不计，只能说，考试与分数早已超越了手段的层面，而成为了一种实际教育归宿。临淇镇一中的决策者当然不可能冒天下之大不韪故意让学生们露天吸霾，甚至可能都没有认真掂量过这个决策，他们的做法不过是“考试最大”思路的自然表达。
并不是要抓着一个奇葩新闻上纲上线，相反，这样的事件其实有着一种典型性，往往能构成对社会意识的观察窗口。与雾霾考试相同逻辑的行为在各地都可能出现，河北石家庄正面对“PM2.5爆表数天未停课”的质疑，山东聊城此次也因为“空气重污染未及时停课”而被环保部点名，雾霾中的考试场景不过呈现了这些事件中的一个鲜活的剖面。它再次做出了一个提醒：以人为目的、以人为归宿的理念仍然悬停在我们这个社会的半空，远远没有深入到社会生活的肌理。而不管是推进环保还是发展教育，甚至包括取得有质量的经济指数增长，都和这个理念的渗透程度成正比。
3.“诗意判决书”缺少严肃性

近日，江苏泰州市人民法院在审理一对夫妻的离婚官司时，判决书使用了“众里寻他千百度”等诗句，最终判决不准予离婚，被网友誉为“最诗意判决书”，引起网友大量转发。这份判决书来自80后审判员王云：当时没有刻意准备，只是心有所感。最近，这份“诗意判决书”在网上走红。（12月15日《新京报》）
对这段“心灵鸡汤”式的文字，很多网友对此大加褒扬，认为具有人性化，一改往日严谨枯燥的姿态，让人读起来不乏味，能够引起人们的共鸣，起到了挽救婚姻的目的。如果是危机婚姻，法官应该找出问题的症结点所在，以情感人，修复双方关系。王云这样做是正确的，但用诗意来书写判决书，就有失法律的严肃性，有些拿法律当儿戏了。
最高人民法院对婚姻类案件审理有一个指导意见，在庭前、审理、判决、案后释理到回访等环节中，法院应积极主动介入双方婚姻。按王云的话说，“当事双方和好的可能哪怕只有1%，法官也要做99%的努力。当然针对死亡婚姻，法官该判离就当判离，毕竟强扭的瓜不甜。”法院在审理案件时，依据的是事实，根据法律条文来进行宣判，而不是视法律而不顾一味地求和。
古言道：能拆十座庙，不毁一桩婚。这是人们把婚姻看的很重，也希望能够维系好家庭，让人们过上美好的生活。但美好的生活是婚内双方共同维系的，如果感情确实破裂，那只得依照我国的法律，准予离婚。而不是因为有了几句古诗点中软肋，重新走到一起维持着并不开心的家庭生活。所以我认为，法院不是婚姻调解所，法院是维持法律尊严的地方，一就是一，二就是二，来不得一点马虎，这种用古诗表达的判决书不妥。
也许我是个中学数学教师，受职业的影响有些古板。但我觉得，在我的课堂上，我们重的是逻辑，是理性的判断，不可能用感性的东西代替。有段时间，有人也在进行课改，想把古诗词搬进数学课堂上，结果以失败告终。所以说，在什么场合就要用什么方式，栽什么树就要结什么果，不同的树木进行嫁接成不了果，只能让人感觉别扭。
判决书是一种文本，有一个固定的格式，从“诗意的判决书“来看，没有违背文本的格式，只是在评议叙述中，显得有些轻佻，没有指明现在双方感情如何，用了一段看起来似“劝和”的文字表达，让人摸不着头脑，更让人看不出不准予离婚的依据。这一份判决书，让外人看来似乎很是动感，但让内行看来，似乎缺少了点什么，让人们感觉到，法律也可这样“人性化”。
有人说，这是“一份颇具理性和人性的诗意判决书，而不是冷冰冰的‘法不容情’，体现了‘法’与‘情’与‘理’的交融，颇具古风，值得司法界认真研究、发扬。”法律面前人人平等，没有人情可讲的。人情不能大于法，法院本身就是说理的地方，一切要以事实准绳，并不能“法外开恩”大讲人情，如果把理与情混在一起，法律并会失去尊严，社会并会产生混乱。回归自然，让判决书传递出一份法律的威严吧。

随着经济的飞速发展，人们思想观念也在改变，由原来的吃不饱到现在的吃得好，原来的收入第一到现在的绿色健康第一。无疑，这是社会进步的表现，也是人们价值观的转变。值得一说的是，“发呆”这个原本带有一些消极情绪的词语现在变成了一个有益健康的词汇。
发呆，是智慧的起源。其实，在很早以前，哲人们的生活方式不就是在“发呆”中迸发灵感一瞬吗？他们没有现在科技的电脑、手机、互联网去获得外界的资源，都是靠自己不断的知识积累和灵感的迸发。牛顿不是坐在苹果树下发呆才有了被苹果砸中的机会而脑洞打开吗？米开朗基罗不是因为在浴缸里面发呆才有了对浮力的灵感触发吗？不得不承认，科技的进步为我们带来了更多的便利和获取知识的平台，这是利于人类发展进步的。然而，高速的发展速度和轻易信息的获取让他们失去了很多发呆的机会。在面对纷杂信息里面，我们似乎获得了很多，却留给自己放空心灵的时间又有多少呢？我们还有多少“书非借不能读也”的情怀，还有多少相思是经过等待和时间的发酵呢？还要多少发呆的机会让自己灵感一激呢？所以，我认为恰当的发呆是件美妙的事，是一种自我沉浸、放空的美好，是智慧酝酿的缸子。
发呆，是健康的信号。匆忙是现代生活的节奏，不管是地铁轻轨上还是拥堵的城市道路上，每个人揣着一份匆忙来来回回。来自职场的压力、家庭的琐事或者人际关系的变化，都会让我们的心情惴惴不安甚至如履薄冰。我们必须花很多时间去应对，似乎才能赶上瞬息万变的时间。我们不断地在追着时间赶路，却时常忽略了出发的初心。我们容易焦虑、悔恨、失落、失眠，以为时间总是太快了，不管怎么努力总赶不上那个节奏。不是说喝点心灵鸡汤就能恢复元气的，我们缺少就是真正的自信和充实，而精神生活外界只能给予你适当的引导和刺激，真正的精神世界只能靠自己。让自己发会呆，甚至让负能量负情绪统统而来，反而会有总置之死地而后生的感觉；让自己发会呆，意味着和自己的内心对话，也是建立健康精神世界观的重要一步。
笔者认为，每天发呆5分钟绝不是一个消极的生活态度，而是人们正确认识人类发展规律后的一种理性回归。任何事物绷得太紧就会折断，人们的精神世界同样如此。不管是为了个人的身体健康、心灵健康还是一些灵感的激发，不要吝啬给自己一点时间独处，给自己一点时间发会呆，让生活张弛有度。
5.“卖书加分”是以教谋私

据媒体报道，随着期末考试临近，宜宾学院某教授近日在选修申论课的学生交流群中发布了一则通知，称凡购买其编写的申论教材的同学，每买一本书期末考试时加平时成绩5分，每人最多可以加20分。
老师向学生推荐自己的著作并非不可，也属人之常情。但推荐购买和强迫购买是两个性质。买书就加分、不买书就不加分、复印书不加分、借别人的书写自己名字的也不加分，虽然当事人嘴上没有明说一定要购买，但通过这套“加分规则”，已经对学生形成了无形的购买压力。在不买书将带来的清晰、明确的负面影响面前，在多大程度上能说，购书是自愿的呢？
传道授业、立德树人，是师者应尽的责任和本分。公然通过期末考试加分“利诱”学生购买自己编写的教材，将推销书籍与学生成绩捆绑在一起，是对教师权力资源的异化和滥用。从某种程度上说，这种以教谋私也是一种权力变现。当事人将学生首先设定为自己商品的潜在消费者，其次才是传道授业解惑的对象，这种“错位”在其编写的申论课期末考试试题中更是显露无遗。
网传试卷截图显示，该门课期末考试总共3道题，均围绕该老师编撰的那本教材展开：为该书写一则200字介绍、拟写一份销售方案、拟写一篇指导考生学习该书的议论文。如此考试，与课程知识和专业能力测评无关，更像是一场市场营销测试。如此“集思广益”，难免让人联想到考试是为了提升那本教材的销量。
针对以教谋私，教育部早在2014年7月就出台了《严禁教师违规收受学生及家长礼金等行为的规定》，明确指出“严禁通过向学生推销图书、报刊、生活用品、社会保险等商业业务获取回扣”。而且按照规定，凡踩“红线”“一案双查”，即当事人和学校或教育部门主要负责人都将被追究责任。媒体援引宜宾学院宣传部负责人的话称，该校已对此事进行调查，并与教师本人进行了沟通，“对其进行了严肃批评，并要求立即纠正”。但无论出于给学生一个负责任的交代，还是遵照相关规定的角度，对事件的调查和反思都不该止步于此。
杜绝此类荒唐事件的再次发生，当然需要师者涵养为师之德，具备仁爱之心，真正担得起“传道者”的责任。而从不少同类事件都是因学生抗议才曝光的路径来看，学生自治机制的建立和完善或将成为监督教师行为的重要力量。但是，从根本上纾解社会对师德的焦虑，还是要依靠高校教师考核制度乃至高校治理制度的进一步改革，比如堵住教授卖书的制度漏洞，维护好教师的正当权益等，如此方能形成培厚师德的土壤。
