Sunday, July 19th Today it was hot and sunny. I went to visit the Drum Tower with my classmate. It was beautiful. And then we walked along a Beijing hutong. We saw some old buildings here. They looked special. I wondered what life was like here in the past. I liked the hutong a lot because it gave me a sense of history. For dinner we tried some traditional Chinese food. It tasted good. In the evening we felt tired and went to bed early.
