(一)Change the unchangeable

Good morning, everyone. It’s my pleasure to deliver this speech here. The subject of my presentation is “change the unchangeable”, which means try your best to make a change when stuck in an unchangeable situation.

No wonder that there exists something unchangeable in our life, getting into the way of striving for what we want. There are plenty of unchangeable obstacles for us. They are serious and they are many. They will hardly be meet. But know this, my friends, they will be meet. Once you believe in yourself, the unchangeable is going to be changed.

Nothing is impossible, and in a sense, nothing is unchangeable! The thing absolutely unchangeable does not exist. Sometimes, adversities seems really unchangeable for the moment, but we must realize that they can be changed in some way. Moses was a stutterer, yet he was called on to be the voice of god. As we can also see in the film “The king’s speech”, stammer is unchangeable for the king, the duke of York. But once his realized that he need to make a change and inspired by the words “to be or not to be, it is a question”, he returned to the hospital, and accepted the retreatment again. With the help of the doctor Lionel Logue, he gradually made progress and managed to get over his unchangeable physical

disability.

There are endless examples. Abraham Lincoln overcome a difficult childhood, depression, the death of two sons and the constant failure seems unchangeable to become one of the greatest presidents in America. Helen Keller made an impact on the world despite being deaf, dumb, and blind from an early age.

These were the people who managed to change the unchangeable. Some of them make a change in a direct way, and others do not change the adversity unchangeable exactly, but they succeed in changing what they could do in the unchangeable situation. They changed the authoritative view the majority put on them. And this is the right way in which we can change the unchangeable.

To conclude, I appeal to all of you for doubting the unchangeable and trying to change the unchangeable.

(二)Change the unchangeable

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It is a great honor for me to be given these opportunities to deliver a speech. The subject of my presentation is change the unchangeable. One of my mottoes is “Change your thinking, change your life!” I’m a big believer that our thoughts and emotions shape our experiences. The problem is that most people aren’t aware of their negative thoughts. It’s almost like they have just become a

habit, so it seems normal to them.

You think that you are a victim. In fact, you’re not a victim. So stop blaming other people or your circumstances for your problems, just because you don’t like where you are now doesn’t mean that you can’t take personal responsibility to change it for the better. So get rid of that mentality because it doesn’t help anything. Actually, it acts as an obstacle to success. Realize that you, and only you, are responsible for your destiny.

Some things you can change. In fact, a lot of things you can change. You can lose weight. You can find a better job. You can go back to school. You can study hard. You can and you must change the unchangeable. You can’t believe that the past determines your future. Just because you came from a poor family, or made mistakes in the past does not mean that you can’t make your future better. If you have labeled yourself as a “failure” because of your past, then you will only continue your “failure” attitude into the future. And if you’re heard of the self-fulfilling prophecy phenomenon, then you know that what you think, you become. So like I said in the opening paragraph: “Change your thinking, change your life!”

In a word, you just make great effort; keep the right attitude, and believe that everything is possible if you try to do it. Change the unchangeable; your life will be better.

(三)Change the unchangeable

When I was about 10 years old in primary school, I believed that my future would have nothing to do with two things: music and English. Now, I play my guitar nearly every day and in the near future I will be hosting an English salon.

Changing the unchangeable seemed to be a mission impossible to me at first sight, but then it dawned on me that to say whether one thing is unchangeable or not is sometimes quite a personal judgment. It might be our fear, indecisiveness or carelessness that prevent us from finding the solutions. We are just sometimes too used to the settled plans, customs and routines that we fail to come up with the idea of making changes. To change the unchangeable is just like to give a good speech on the stage that the priority is always to jump out of the box and see the things from different perspectives.

Well, the most important thing is a smile.“Smile and the world smiles too.” A warm and confident smile will put both you and the other person at ease.You have to look sincere and true while you are smiling.When it comes to making the first impression, body language as well as appearance speaks much louder than words.Thus, stand tall, smile (of course), make eye contact, greet with a firm handshake. 1,10-20-30原则

这是Guy Kawasaki湾区著名的风险投资家,同时也是位充满激情、睿智和幽默的演讲家, 他提出的一个幻灯片制作和演讲原则,即一个Powerpoint不能超过10张幻灯片,演讲总长不能超过20分钟,而且幻灯片的字体要大于30号。

他说,不管你的想法是否能够颠覆世界,你必须要在有限的时间里,用较少的幻灯片和精炼的语言将其精华传达给听众。

2,有趣的演讲

演讲要讲求寓教于乐。我不是指做演讲时要像猴子一样又蹦又跳,但是同文章或杂志相比,人们期望在演讲中感受到你的激情,而不是枯燥无味的背诵。{howto演讲稿}.

3,放慢速度

紧张或没经验的演讲者更容易在演讲时像打机关枪一样说个不停。试着放慢你的语速,并且通过增加一些停顿来达到强调的效果。

4,眼神交流

另外一条幻灯片制作原则。这条原则指的是,演讲中你要有20张幻灯片,并且每张幻灯片只演讲20秒。

其目的就是逼使你做到简练,避免听众听得不耐烦。

7,不要读幻灯片

很多人都认为自己可以脱稿演讲,可事实上却常常回头看屏幕。

读幻灯片,只会不断打断你的演讲思路,这也间接地告诉听众你根本就不理解自己要讲的内容,从而对你的演讲失去信心和兴趣。

8,演讲就像讲故事

如果你的演讲比较长,那最好加入一些小故事、双关语和奇闻轶事等来串联整个演讲, 同时也帮助阐述观点。优秀的演讲者都知道怎样将小故事和要阐述观点联系起来,从而达到吸引观众的目的。

9,提高音量

演讲最忌讳听众无法听到演讲者在讲什么。虽然现在都有麦克风和扩音器了,但是你仍然要

确保使所有听众都能听到你。提高音量不是说要你喊,正确的做法就是挺直身体,从肺部而不是从喉咙里发出更为清晰的声音。

10,不要事先计划手势

演讲中的任何手势都应该是你要传达的信息的延伸,它是帮助你传递信息中的情感来。事先计划手势会看起来很不自然,刻意为之时还会和其他自然的肢体语言不搭配。如果你不知道该做什么手势,那把手随意地放到身体两侧就好了。不要用手指着听众!。

11,“这是个不错的问题”

通过使用“这真是个不错的问题”、“我很高兴你提出这个问题”等语句来为自己争取时间以组织回答的时间。听众一般不会察觉这样客套的话,而且你要避免“恩”、“啊”等等口头语。 12,吸气而不是呼气

当你感觉要说“呃”、“啊”等语气词时(过多语气词只会让演讲变得糟糕),可以停顿一下或者深吸一口气。虽然停顿会显得有些尴尬,但是听众会很少注意到的。

13,提早到会场(尽可能的早)

不要等到听众都坐好了,你才慢吞吞地调试好投影仪和幻灯片。提早到达演讲地点,熟悉一下场景,检查电脑和投影设备,确保不会出现异常的境况。而且这有助于消除紧张感。 14,熟能生巧

我给大家讲述一个真实的故事。

日本有一家濒临倒闭的食品公司,为了起死回生,决定裁员三分之一。

有三种员工名列其中:一种是清洁工,一种是司机,一种是无任何技术的仓库管理员。经理找他们谈话,说明了裁员的意图。

清洁工争着说:“我们很重要。如果没有整洁优美的工作环境,你们怎么能全身心地投入工作?”司机接着说;“我们很重要。这么多产品,没有司机负责运输怎么能迅速销往市场?”仓库管理员最后说:“我们很重要。如果没有我们,这些食品岂不要被流浪街头的乞丐偷光?”听完他们的辩解,经理觉得他们的话都有道理,权衡再三,决定暂不裁员。

第二天,让所有员工没有料到的是,经理在公司门口悬挂了一块大匾,上面写着“我很重要”四个大字。

一、运用事例亲近听众

我认识温州人,就是从一个在巴黎长大的温州女子开始的。若干年前,她自己来找我,因为读了我写的《妞妞》,很喜欢,想跟我聊聊。我见了她,有三个惊奇,第一惊奇她的漂亮,真是美女,第二惊奇她的见识,跟我谈《妞妞》,谈别的事,都非常到位,第三惊奇她的富有,当然没有你们富有,但比我富有得多,一个年轻女子,都是自己挣的。现在她是我们一家人的好朋友,我太太把她封为我的“干老婆”,我说你真狡猾,一开始就定性为“干”,没有发展前途了。不过,虽然是“干”,好歹是“老婆”,所以我和你们温州人还有点亲戚关系呢。

这是著名学者周国平在上海温州商会发表题为《哲学的世界与企业家的世界》的演讲开场白中的一段话。演讲者并未一开讲就进入正题,而是从对温州人的感受说起,在称赞了温州人的两大特点之后,他特意谈起了自己认识一个温州女子的过程和对该女子的印象,从而说明了自己与温州人之间的“亲戚关系”,十分幽默而又风趣。运用这样一个生动感人的事例,看似不关正题,实则并非多余。因为它一下子就亲近了听众,这就为接下去演讲者“言归正传”的讲座,做好了心理准备和情感铺垫。

二、运用事例引出观点

今年1月,电视台在国际新闻中介绍了一位112岁的法国女人瑞的故事。当她90岁时,有律师想要她的房产,许诺每月付给她2500法郎的生活费。不料这一付就是30年。直到这位继承人去年去世,老太太还健在,而律师付出的90万法郎,足够买三四套那样的住房。于是,不少法国人把这个故事当作笑话讲,以讽刺律师“贪小便宜吃大亏”的赔本交易。 然而,我倒不觉得有何可笑之处。一个人在已经知道判断失误的情况下,能继续信守诺言,把契约坚持到死,保持个人的信誉,并把它看得比金钱更重要,这不正好说明了诚信无价的道理吗?

显然,演讲者讲述的这个法国老太太与律师之间发生的事情,只不过是一个非常典型的个例,人们把它当成笑话,也是可以理解的。然而,正是这个令人发笑的事例,却引起了演讲者冷静的反思和精辟的议论,从而引出了“诚信无价”的观点。这样以真实而又生动的事例开头,无疑增强了演讲的吸引力,激发了听众的兴趣。同时,典型事例引出的独特观点,作为接下来演讲者深入论证的中心,自然就引起了听众强烈的关注和深刻的思考。

三、运用事例表达情意

经验表明,运用生动感人的事例,是演讲者表情达意的重要途径。在演讲的情感高潮处,演讲者往往会情不自禁地讲述起某件难忘的事情,以表达自己的真切感受,从而产生感动人心的现场效应。例如:

我那么清楚地记得,我7岁的孩子上小学的第一天,牵着他的手走到学校,然后看着他,背着花花绿绿布满恐龙的书包,消失在教室门口。他不停地回头看我,我也万分不舍地痴痴看着他。我也记得16岁那年他到美国做交换学生,我送他到机场,看他背着年轻人的背包,消失在入关口,我站在后面,一直在等他回头看我一眼,但是他头也不回,一次都没有。 于是我逐渐认识到,原来父母子女一场的缘分,就是注定了你此生要不断地看着他的背影,渐行渐远。今天,是你们的孩子、孙子的“独立日”,其实,你们自己新的一课也从今天开始:学习放手,让他跌倒而不去伸手扶他,我从自己的经验知道,那是多么、多么难受的一堂课。

这是台湾作家龙应台在台湾成功大学医学院毕业典礼上讲的一番话。演讲者在阐述了制度性教育该教而没有教的两件事之后,具体地讲述了自己在不同的时间和地点,两次送别儿

四、运用事例阐发哲理

在演讲过程中,演讲者常常运用事例阐发哲理,也就是先讲述一些典型的事例,再阐发其中蕴含的哲理。这样情理交融的表述,往往会让听众获得深刻的人生感悟。例如,北京大学法学院院长朱苏力在一次法学院毕业欢送会上的致辞中,这样说道:

我们就是这样走过来的。我们的陈兴良老师就曾是千岛湖畔的一位民警,白天走家串户,深夜还抱着郭小川或浩然,而牟平姜格庄的大地也一定记得那本梦想署名“卫方”的《春苗》类剧本,甚至十多年前,我们的“老鹤”还曾勇敢下海,尽管几个月后又扑腾着水淋淋的翅膀上了岸。还有我们的姜明安老师、王世洲老师、龚刃韧老师和孙晓宁老师,三十年前都当过或当着军人,也许早早预知了贺老师的批评?复转军人没进法院,都进了法学院,而且是北大法学院。在一个三十年前不曾想到更谈不上热爱的职业中,如今,他们都创造了自己,也正塑造着你们和你们的未来。

听起来很有点传奇,但却是我们这代人的经历。不希望你们重复,也不可能重复,前方拐角等着的有你们的传奇。但它还是给你我一些启示:生活和职业,过去不是,今后也不会是个人爱好的光影投射。它是子弹划出的那条抛物线,无论是否连接了击发者和他心中的目标。这是我们所有人的命运:规划人生,却无法完成设计;向往未来,却只能始于现在。 朱院长首先以同学们熟悉的一些老师的独特人生为例,讲述了“我们这代人的经历”,接着以击发子弹为喻,生动地阐明了“生活和职业”与“个人爱好”之间的关系,最后才从“所有人的命运”的哲理层面上,启发同学们正确认识和对待人生和未来。毫无疑问,这样运用听众熟悉的人物和陌生的经历的事例,来阐发人生的哲理,会让在场的每一个毕业生都感到既真切又深刻,因为他们在即将步入社会的前夕,聆听导师如此语重心长的叮嘱和言简意赅的告诫,一定会受到思想的启示,从而更加理性地去开创美好的人生和未来。

participate in class. But no matter which way we use, we should often change it. Once the students‘ interest in learning is stimulated, the class atmosphere will be active naturally.

Thirdly, we should make use of body language properly, which is a good way to attract the students‘ attention. We should use some facial features and gestures to make the class active. Our behaviors and voice should exaggerate so that the students will pay more attention to our class.

This kind of interaction can improve each other's understanding ang increase your emotions between you and your students.
