How to Keep Healthy

Health is wealth. Health is very important for us. We must keep

healthy. Let me tell you something about how to keep healthy.

First, eat healthy food. Don’t eat junk food. We can eat more fruits and vegetables. We can drink milk and juice. Don’t drink too much cola. Second, we should do sports. I always play basketball with my friends after class. Third, having a good sleep is also important. Good rest make us be full of energy.

How to Learn English

English learning is getting more and more important. Let me tell you something useful about how to learn English.

First, learn the words. I learn new words by work with friends. We make cards. Also, I write down the new words on the notebook and review them time to time. Second , learn the grammars. I learn grammars by making sentences. It really helps me a lot. Third , learn English by watching movies or listening English songs. It makes me feel interesting and easier . My Opinion on Using Mobile Phones

Mobile phones are widely used these day. More and more people use mobile phones to do different kinds of things,such as chatting and shopping. But they spend too much time on the mobile phones.

I don’t think it’s normal. Watching mobile phones too much is bad for our eyes. If we pay more attention to it, it will influence our study and lives. We may leave less and less time to communicate with other.

In my opinion,we can do something meaningful instead of playing with the mobile phones all the time. Reading ,exercising,visiting friends and communicating with families are also good way to spend our free time. All in all, I hope people can use the mobile phones correctly.

Life is a journey,We can't have good luck forever,we will meet all kinds of difficulties,so learning how to face difficulties is important.I have to face them and fix them. Remembering: No matter what happens, just smile, everything will be allright.
