一、试卷分析
为于中考接轨，本次试卷继续使用了中考题型，题型有：听力（25分），基础知识（15分），阅读理解（40分），短文还原（5分），综合填空（10分），任务阅读 （10分），书面表达（20分）。本套试卷为一套综合类期末试卷，在考查基础知识的同时也兼顾学生能力的考查，对于刚讲完还没有复习的学生来说是很仓促的，但从学生答题情况来看还算过得去。
二、错题分析
1. 听力得分普遍偏低，主要原因是听力录音不清晰，学生对听力存在听力障碍，一遇到录音问题心里就发怵，甚至放弃听力，胡乱蒙答案。
2. 基础知识题中出错最多的是24和32题，学生对some, any的特殊用法掌握不够灵活；spend是重点知识，学生掌握不够扎实。
3. 阅读理解题，D篇出错较多，主要原因是学生对于稍微转点弯的试题不知道如何去分析，平时做的题目较为直接，下一步要加大这方面的训练力度。
4. 综合填空题，出错较多的是62.66小题，学生对基础知识的固定搭配掌握不扎实，如：62题中的get/do some exercise, 66小题中的under the big tree
5. 任务阅读题，72.75小题出错较多，72题的like作为介词的用法平时涉及较少，故此学生得分率很低； 75题为文章大意的概括，学生的概括能力有待进一步提高。
这次考试七班明显不如八班，通过近期的课堂表现也能感觉得出来，下一步要及时调整。我认为在这次考试中学生出现这种情况的原因有以下几个方面。
第一、书面表达。此次考试中书面表达出现的问题有两个方面：1. 学生书写太差、潦草，不认真书写，尤其是七班表现很明显。2. 写作文时没有很好地构思，如可以让他们有适当的拓展，但学生写了很多与题目无关的内容，甚至造成了喧宾夺主的现象。
第二、听力方面。这次考试的听力是自已录制的，由于制作的不是很好，前三场听力得分普遍不高。另一方面最近听力缺乏练习，学生对听力在做题方面没有相关的经验，考前紧张，不会进行考前的审题。
第三、基础知识方面。这次考试的试题是前五个模块的综合题，考查了五个
模块的重要知识点，不过从学生的答题情况来看，出错率不是很高。
第四、开学一个月的时间，进入春季天气开始变暖，学生思想上很是浮躁，精力不集中，给学生布置的任务稍一放松学生就不去做，影响了老师的教学安排。
四、自我分析
今年学生人数多，有些情况下不能按时批阅学生的作业，尤其是作文没能真正做到每小周的作文面批面改，致使效果大打折扣，八班后进生人数多，但作为他们的班主任，学生能自觉去学习，因此成绩不是很差。七班学生基础好，但管理必须到位，稍一放松他们就应付，这次的成绩就是很好的印证，每天上课在七班气氛很好，组长所报的检查结果也不错，但这次的成绩却不理想。这次月考后，我要把主要精力都投入到学生管理、作文批阅及学生基础知识检查上去，课堂检查不过关的学生务必做自己亲自检查，让学生从思想上认识到位。另外七班的学生对个人的量化分根本不重视，学生小组意识较为单薄。
五、改进措施
1. 督促学生练好字，此次考试结束后挑选出因书写扣分的学生并安排他们每抄写一篇课文，我对他们的书写进行等级评价，让他们有写好字的意识。
2. 对每个模块的单词、短语、句子进行检查督促，利用晨读时间进行检查，检查不过的再利用课间时间清查，这次的清查不再让组长参与，我都要亲自抓，争取让每一个学生都过关并在年终考试中都有进步。
3. 精心备课，上好每一节课。最近学校倡导小组合作教学，我要利用好这次机会，充分调动学生的积极性，对于学生该放手的一定放手给学生，能通过自学及小组讨论完成的就让他们去完成，每节课留出至少20分钟的时间去做达标题及自测题，做完后让老师抽一个组或后不少于一个组数量的后进生的试卷进行批阅，其它的让学生看课件答案进行批阅，争取当节课处理完。
4. 作文。作为开学初的作文，一方面规范学生书写，另一方面指导学生每个模块话题的作文的写作方法。
