Dear Manager，

I'm an exchange student from China，and recently visited your cinema to see a film．The film itself was great，but it seemed there were a few small problems while the film was underway．Although the problems are not big，I do believe that if you can solve them，you may attract a larger audience．

First，I found that there were too many advertisements before the beginning of the film，which delayed the film’s start by a long time．I found these advertisements to be very annoying．

Second，the sound in the film was too loud，and it made it very difficult to hear the film clearly．

Third，the EXIT sign was not clearly visible，and I feel this creates a safety hazard for customers．If anything terrible happened，it might be very difficult for your customers to evacuate．

Although I'm only a visitor to your city，I hope you can consider these problems and find a way to solve them．

Dear Manager，

I’m an exchange student from China． Yesterday，1 went to your cinema to see a film．The film was very good，but I found a few small problems． First and most important，the EXIT sign was not clearly visible．I feel that safety should be the most important，and this small problem could cause some serious problems in the case of an accident．

Second，the film was so loud that we could not hear it clearly．It made it difficuIt to fully enjoy the movie，and there were many things I could not understand because of this．

Last，there were so many advertisements before the movie started that it kept me waiting for 15 minutes．Is it possible to use less advertising so people don，t become impatient before trying to enjoy the film? Dear Manager，

I'm a Chinese exchange student studying at a local school in your city．I recently went to your cinema to view a film，and although the film was great，I found that there were some points I'd like to share，that could use improving．

First．I found that the sound was much too loud to be able to hear the film clearly．Although my understanding of English is very good．I found it difficult to understand the film because of the volume．

Second，the EXIT sign was not visible，and I feel that a small problem could create a very large disaster in the case of an emergency．This would be a very easy problem to solve．

Last，but not least，I found that the amount of advertising before the film started，was just too much．Fifteen minutes is a long amount of time to sit through advertising．and I could feel everyone around becoming very impatient．

With all this in mind．it would take little thought and a few good measures to create a cinema that will attract many more people．With that said．I must tell you that aside from the above，I enjoyed my experience very much．

How much joy I have received today!

Today is my father’s birthday. I got up early and searched stores in the entire town to buy an ideal present for my dear father. Finally, I sat back in a subway train with a beautifully designed tie, almost exhausted but happy and proud. Imaging that father would appreciate it with a big smile, I felt as if I was at the top of the world. At the moment, the train stopped. There came an old woman lifting many things, tired and helpless. I thought as a student, helping the old was my duty. A minute later, I offered my seat to the old woman without hesitation. Her face was lit up with happiness and she said “thank you” to me.

Helping people who was in need of help was everyone’s duty. Only in this way can we set up a move beautiful society. Well goes an old saying,“Where there is a willing hand, there is a

warmth.”Sometimes it is just such little things that will make a big difference. So we are supposed to get ready to provide help at any time.
