A few months ago Ipurchased a washing machine (Sanyo XQB50-68) from your department store. After afew weeks I found that it had seriously damaged the clothes. I asked you tochange one for me, which you did. Now I want to ask you to change this one forme again.
This one does not damage my clothes any more, but I have found thatit tangles the clothes seriously and when it automatically begins to spin thewater out, the machine shakes so heavily that it stops by itself. 一. Letters of complaint and apology
请使用60分钟完成一篇投诉信题目的列出要投诉的内容和一篇致歉信题目中列出的致歉内容,不必写开头结尾,仅研磨主体。
二. Letters asking for and giving information
同上,请使用45分钟回答一篇询问信题目的要求和一篇信息信题目的要求,不必写开头结尾,只需要回答题目要求的问题,注意每一点都需要覆盖。
三. Making suggestions or recommendations
请使用45分钟完成一篇完整的小作文,加上信件的格式,开头,结尾,内容为建议信。
四. Letters describing likes, dislikes, needs or wants

五. Analysethe question, write an introduction and conclusion

I’m writing in response to your invitationto guests who have recently stayed at your hotel to suggest ways in which you could further improve your service.

customer service was excellent. Indeed, every member of your staff, from the manager to the room-cleaning maid, was, without exception, extremelypolite and helpful. The standard of the rooms was far beyond what I had expected.
