How to keep fit?
Keeping fit is the dream of everyone. Nowadays, with the improvement of living standard and the stress in their life and work, more and more people are in the state of unhealthy. So, it arouses the problem. How to keep fit? I believe different people have different methods. For me, I think there are two aspects that we need to pay attention to.
保持健康是每个人的梦想。如今,随着生活水平的提高以及生活工作中的压力,越来越多的人处于不健康的状态。所以,出现了这样的问题。如何保持健康?我知道每个人会有每个人的方法。对我来说,有两点是我们需要注意的。
First of all, exercise is the most important. Anyone wants to have a healthy body should do exercise often. Through exercise, people can strengthen their body, keeping illness from them. Having a healthy body, they can have enough power to work, to face the difficulties in their life. Otherwise, if they are in bad health, they always have no power to do useful things. So, doing exercise frequently is helpful.
首先,运动是最重要的。不管是谁想要拥有一个健康的身体都应该经常锻炼。通过锻炼他们可以使身体强壮,远离疾病。否则,如果身体不好的话,就会没力气去做一些有用的事情。所以,常常运动是很有用的。
Secondly, keeping a balanced diet is also necessary. As people’s life is getting better and better, they have more choices for food. They begin to dietary bias, which makes the nutrition in their body in out-off-balance. So they start to have a variety of illness, such as, fat, diabetes mellitus, angiocardiopathy and so on. Thus, it is necessary for people to eat healthy food to keep nutrition balance, such as, milk, fruit, vegetables and suitable meat.
第二,均衡饮食也是很有必要的。由于人们的生活越来越好了,所以对于食物他们有更多的选择。他们就开始偏食,这样的话会让他们营养不良。各种各样的疾病就会随之而来,比如:肥胖,糖尿病,心血管病等。因此,吃健康的食物来保持营养均衡是很有必要的,比如,牛奶,水果,蔬菜以及适当的肉类。
Keeping fit is not a dream. If people can follow the above suggestions, I am sure that everyone will have a different life, which is a better life. Let’s join hands to work for our health together. 保持健康不是梦想。如果人们能够遵循上述建议,我敢肯定他的生活会变得不一样,是更好。让我们为我们的健康携手合作吧。

People often ask and are asked that what is the most important thing in life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love, work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how to keep healthy?
人们常常会问或者被问什么是生命中最重要的东西。有的人会回答家庭是最重要的,其他人会说爱,工作和金钱是最重要的。在我看来,健康才是生命中最重要的。但是,怎样保持健康呢?
Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly, taking exercise regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important part to influence your health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social
contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally, eating properly, having good rest and building normal daily routine are aslo important to health.
首先,要积极。一个积极的人生态度一定会对健康有好处。它也会给你带来克服疾病的力量。其次,要经常锻炼。经常甚至是每天锻炼能够帮助你建立强壮的身体,这是健康的基础。锻炼可以提高身体抵抗疾病的能力。再次,要多交朋友,因为友谊是影响你健康的重要部分。很多研究表明有广泛的社会交际的人比那些没有的人更少生病。当我跟朋友在一起的时候感觉比独自一人的时候好。最后,饮食合理,休息良好以及建立规律的日常生活对健康也很重要。

Each of us should stay healthy, which is the foundation of our activities. Here are some ways to stay healthy.
我们每个人都应该保持健康,因为健康是我们活动的基础。这里有一些保持健康的方法。 First, we should spend one to two hours a day in regular exercise; try to walk instead of ride. Second, we should eat some healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and so on. They are able to help us maintain a healthy body. When we are in trouble, try to relax our mood, listen to the soft music. It also enables us to maintain a good health. Finally there is a good sleep can also assure us a healthy body. We should sleep seven to eight hours a day to maintain adequate sleep. If we can do follow these advice, I believe we can have a healthy body, a better life.
首先,我们应该花一到两个小时来做定时锻炼;尽量步行来代替乘车。第二,我们应该多吃一些健康的食品,如蔬菜,水果等。它们能够帮助我们保持健康的身体。当我们遇到麻烦时,尽量放松心情,听听柔和的音乐。这也能让我们保持良好的健康。最后,良好的睡眠也能保证我们有一个健康的身体。我们应该睡七到八小时来保持充足的睡眠。如果我们能够遵循这些建议,我相信我们能够有一个健康的身体,更好的生活。
