以1999年高考作文命题为发端，随着2000年考纲对作文“发展等级”的确立，作文高考的改革已悄然兴起。它打破了20多年来高考作文命题相对封闭的模式，伴随着课程、大纲、教材更新的快节奏，给中学作文教学的改革带来了新思维、新路子、新局面。突出人本、贴近生活、发展个性、鼓励创新，已成为致力于作文教改的广大教师的共识。笔者作为一名工作在教学第一线的高中语文教师，也想把作文教改中的一些心得体会讲出来，求教于方家。

一.想象创新并非瞎编滥造

自“假如记忆可以移植以来”，“大胆想象”、“大胆创新”成了作文教学中最时髦、使用频率较高的词儿。这本无可非议，然而，想什么，怎么想，“度”在哪里，却少有问津。于是违反自然规律的瞎编滥造，有悖生活常识的耸人听闻，远离道德伦理的荒诞情节，在一些作文（甚至高考作文）中屡见不鲜，而这样的作文竟被视为“想象丰富”而倍加推崇。

为了廓清弥漫在作文教学中的这种“浮夸风”的迷雾，必须指出，想象创新必须基于现实的存在和超越。文章是以生活的真实为生命的，任何偏离社会轨道、违反生活逻辑的文章，不管它多么富有“想象”，都会因其失却真、善、美的内核而被弃之如废纸。

一个广为人知的例子：一个美国儿童拾到了一个巨蛋，其结尾让人来续。一个美国孩子续说他们把蛋搬回家，后来孵化出来了里根总统。这种结尾可以说是想象得很出奇，但笔者认为这只能说是胡思乱想的离奇，不合事理、情理。假如以此作为范例来提倡敢于想象，只会是一种误导，到头来只会使作文创新成为什么都可以是，又什么都可以不是的玩艺儿。

二.想象创新离不开基本功。

基本功就是指我们平时所说的“题意、中心、内容、结构、语言、文体、字体”七个方面的内容，其基本核心在于文字运用的基本功，也正是韩愈老夫子所言“文从字顺各识职”的关键之点。作文时谁也不会按照条条框框行文，而真正起作用的恰是语感，紧追思路，任意为文，缀文成章，这是不可否认的作文的要义。

不能想象，一篇创意新颖但文理不通的文章能够得到读者的推崇；一篇想象奇特但语无伦次的作文能拿到高分。因此必须指出“不上树就想摘桃子”的做法是要不得的，离开扎实的基本功训练大谈作文创新，只能是空中楼阁，其结果是可想而知的。

三.想象创新必须重视思维训练。

著名作家王尔德说得好：“第一个用花比美人的是天才，第二个用的是庸才，第三个就是蠢才了。”

作文是创造性的劳动。目前高考、中考作文都要求有创意，可是真正有创意而令人耳目一新的文章却凤毛麟角，大都是人云亦云、千人一面。那么怎样才能做到不步人后尘，而“发人之所未发呢？”笔者认为，最必要的条件就是要培养学生的创新思维能力。

（一）求异思维可以避免人云亦云。是创新性的一个重要特点。作文教学应注意学生求异思维和创新意识的培养，特别是课堂上，要注意培养学生全方位，多角度的思考问题，鼓励学生敢于标新立异，不进框、不落套、不师云亦云、不邯郸学步。应设法引导学生突破常规，拓展思路，寻求多种解决问题的方法，找出最佳方案。反映学校生活、师生情感的文章举不胜举，要想使文章打动读者的心，必须突破传统的思维模式。或在结构上独创，不落窠臼，走出俗套；或在内容上出新，选材新颖，构思独特；或在语言表述上取胜，高人一筹。2001年高考考场作文《赤兔之死》之所以获得满分，不能不说凭借的是作者扎实的文言功底。

（二）逆向思维常能令人耳目一新。对一些问题也可以从反面或对立面进行审视，从而得出新的结论，即我们平常所说的“反弹琵琶”。我们运用逆向思维就可以重新审视为人们所熟知的一些熟语或警句，如“班门弄斧”指在行家面前卖弄本领，对此人们一贯持否定、批评态度，但在新的历史条件下，鼓励人们敢于向权威挑战，展示自己的实力，故提倡“弄斧必到班门”；再如“酒香也怕巷子深”；“忠言不必逆耳，良药未必苦口”；“没有异想，何来天开”；“马无夜草也肥，人无横财也富”；“严父不一定出孝子，严师不一定出高徒”；“走，并非上策”等也

都有其存在的合理性，这些逆向思维所得出的结论独辟蹊径，令人耳目一新。

想象作文是不依据任何现成的描述而独立创造形象、表现个性化主题的结晶。从根本上说，是一个人的个性和独创性的张扬，是不同于他人的主题精神的对象化和外化。对于学生而言，创新是不同于自然科学的发明创造的。作文创新应该是“自我实现的创造性”。学生在作文中表达了自己的真知灼见，抒发了自己的真情实感，发挥了自身的想象能力，那么便是有创新。

对1999年广东高考生物试题的特点与导向作用的评析

“1999年广东生物高考试题”得到了广大生物教师的广泛好评。主要表现在对稳定今后的中学教学，推动生物教学改革，全面提高中学生的生物学素养，加快教师的知识更新等方面起着积极的促进作用。下面笔者从试题特点方面对此做一评析。

1. 求稳——有利于加强中学生物教学和会考

求稳主要表现在与高中会考的统一性方面。即注重了对基本知识的考核，许多题目是在会考层面上对会考要求的肯定和认同。所有试题中没有哪一道题是通过加大知识深度来体现难度的。即使是一些比较灵活的试题，其知识要求都不高，都在教学大纲的范围之内，且大多数在会考范围。即会考内容也是高考的主体内容。这样的安排，比较符合广东考生的实际水平和生物教学的具体实际（恢复生物高考第一年），对加强高中生物必修课教学具有良好的导向作用；这也显示了一个重要信息：在不影响人才的培养和选拔的前提下，减轻学生的过重课业负担是全社会（包括命题人员）的责任。

求稳还表现在对以往高考题的继承性上。与以往高考题一样，不仅具有题量大、覆盖面广、灵活性强等特点，而且突出了对重点知识的考查。再次显示出“重点内容重点考”的基本命题思路。今年试题中，代谢部分所占分数高达52分，仅光合作用和呼吸作用两节内容就占15.5分之多；遗传学部分占27.5分，仅DNA的结构和功能部分就有11.5分。又如，细胞部分占14分，生殖部分占12.5分，调节部分占12分，生态部分占11分。这些既是教学的重点，也是以为高考的重点。其余为：进化8.5分，实验8分，传染病3分，运动系统

1.5分。此外， 有的题目甚至是对往年国内外高考题的简单改造和活化。例如第41题，要求考生根据有关化学成分判定何者是尿液，与1987年高考题相似；第45题关于光合作用和呼吸作用有关问题的分析和计算，与上海1998年和日本1988年的高考题类似。这对稳定和加强高三生物选修课教学是有益的。

此外，与45题相类似的题目，在98年的全国中学生生物竞赛中亦出现过。这也许是偶合！但值得指出的是，准备生物学竞赛已成为许多学校教学的延续，若保持高考与竞赛适当的相关性，对及早培养生物学特长生和高校选拔相关人才有实际上的联动作用。

2. 求活——有助于提高学生的能力和素质

总体上更加注重能力和素质的考查，是高考改革的方向；加大应用型和能力型题目的分量，是高考命题的落脚点。前者要依赖于灵活性，后者会体现出灵活性。促进学生素质的提高也是全社会包括命题人员的共同责任。

求活是这份试题的主要特色：①重视考查驾驭知识网的能力。即侧重于对考生把握跨章节的知识联系方面能力的考查。例如，第41题将肾单位的结构和生理与蛋白质代谢有机地联系起来考查；第49题将代谢、生殖和生态等知识融为一体。等等。教学中加强知识间的联系，不仅有利于巩固所学知识并构筑起知识网络，还能使各类信息在学生头脑中进行有效的交合，而产生创造性思维。②重视发挥图表在考核中的作用。例如，10道简答题中就有8道直接涉及到图表。图表题不仅比重高（共79分，占53%），而且涉及面广（有识图、填图、绘图；分析、解释、判断、推理和计算等）。尤其值得注意的是，坐标图类题所占比重较大，共有28分。其中第45和49题特别引人注目，前者同时给出了2个分别有2线或4线的坐标图，后者则在同一坐标图中出现5种成分的变化关系，要答好这些经数学化改造过的试题，要求考生在掌握相关知识的基础上，应有较强的综合分析能力，不仅要看懂每条曲线所示成分的纵横关系，还要找出各成分间存在的逻辑联系。而第24题和47题的第2小题则较好地考查了考生用图说明问题的能力。高考加强对使用图表能力的考核，有益于促进中学教学的直观化和现代化，进而更好地开发学生的右脑和发展形象思维。③重视对思维品质和语言表达能力的考查。要求运用有关知识解释和描述生物学现象、事实，并能作出正确推理和判断等。例如，仅第44、49和50这三题评分标准答案的字数就多达457个，而与一则短篇作文相当。实际上考生要达到同样的表达效果需要的字数往往更多。语言表达能力的高低直接反映了思维品质的优劣。教学中对此不可掉以轻心！④注重对知识的运用能力的考查。这一点比以往试题都突出。“遵循但不拘泥于教学大纲”已成为高考改革的总原则之一，这也是对过去“题在书外，答案在书内”命题模式的深化。今年高考试题较好地体现了这一原则：一方面是对运用生物学知识解决实际（新情境下）问题的能力的考查。第17题和49题就是例

证。另方面是对跨学科知识的运用能力的考查。随着“3+X”中综合科目的出现，这将成为高考命题改革的重点和方向。今年试题虽未出现有关遗传概率方面的数字计算，但对考生运用简单的数学知识分析曲线的能力层次却有所提高。且要求其具备一定的理化素质，例如，第45题，在未提供相对分子量的情况下，考生只有正确书写出光合作用和有氧呼吸的反应式，并熟知氧气和葡萄糖的相对分子量和比例关系才能作答；该题只用写3个数字，却占8分，是一道典型的融化学知识与生物知识于一体的的数字计算题；第30题，则要求考生懂得“物体的颜色与光质的关系”这一物理学常识。应该说在现行分科教学体制下学生进行跨学科联系方面的能力相对较差。这类的题的出现对打破过去中学教学中存在的学科间相对封闭格局起到有力促进作用，而利于提高中学的整体教学水平和学生素质。

3.求新——有益于促进生物教学的改革创新

简答题中，那图表文字并茂的卷面，开放式提问与非唯一答案之特色，确实令人产生清新之感觉。①注重反映现代生物学发展水平、研究方法及生活实际。例如，第25题有关克隆的实例，第34题对植物必需元素的实验方法的判定，第9题有关爱滋病的传播媒介的识别等；此外，还涉及到有关近视、中耳炎、肾炎和呆小症的病理常识。应该看到，随着现代科技的飞速发展，知识更新的速度日益加快。这就导致了教材更新速度的相对滞后和时代发展的要求之间的矛盾也更加突出；而高考对此的关注，在促进教师自身知识结构和教学内容的更新方面，会起到教材无可比拟的先导作用。结合生物教学联系生活实际和最新科技成就，能使学生切实感到科学就在身边，而更好地理解学习的意义，并主动吸取新知以跟上时代前进的步伐，同时还能增强其卫生意识等而提高生存能力。②注重稳中求变，变中出新。这一点非常重要。原因很简单，因为每年的高考试题，都将会成为下一届考生平时的练习题；若每年高考题的体例完全是对往年试题的重复，则不利于对考生实际水平的准确衡量，也不适于对中学教学改革的不断深化的有效导向。加大推出新题的力度，增加开放性题目的比重是今年试题的显著特点。开放性试题能突破以往历次高考中一般简答题的封闭模式，摆脱 “简答题”=“变相的填空题”的命题定式。尤其是第50题，应该说是高考生物命题史上的一次革新，该题在给学生准备了250个字格的同时，也给他们创设了发挥思维潜能和进行理论探讨的空间，这对今后的教学改革和创新起着有力的推动作用；如果在平时教学能真正树立了“开放”意识，注意从多角度设置开放性问题，启发学生思考，并展开讨论，对培养学生的求异思维和发散性思维能力和品质是十分有益的。又如，试题所给出的图表大多不是直接源于教材，而是命题者精心编制的。教学中，积极引导学生进行图表和文字间的转换，是促进他们把握知识的“本质特征”、提高对信息的处理能力的有效方法。创新是教学和考试的灵魂。可以预言，随着教改的深入，今后还会出现更多新题型。例，多选题（在上海的高考题中已出现），实验设计与多种结果的推测等。③活化答案。“问题灵活答案不死”也是一大特色。例如，在第50题的标准答案后注有“其他合理答案可酌情给分”几字。这种评卷形式对鼓励学生积极主动地思维，大胆解决科学难题，树立正确的科学意识等具有方向性意义。

4.求精——有利于更好地发挥高考效能和树立权威

试题质量不仅直接决定了所选人才的实际质量、反映着命题者的水平和教育发展实际；而且对今后中学教学的改革起着不可低估的引导作用。高考试题理应适应当前的教学改革和发展形势，反映当今教研的最新成果和最高水准，体现一定的权威性。更好地起示范和引导作用，真正担当起“试题老大哥”的角色，为我国今后的试题的规范化和科学化做出新的贡献。今年的试题不仅做到了稳、活、新，而且克服了一些“死条条”（例如，部分题给出活答案），切合了教学实际，选准了采分点，体现了高考的发展趋向（由侧重考知识迈向侧重考能力和素质），是一份结构合理题质精良的试题。应该注意到，今年试题的“新”、“活”特色是以往试题无可比拟的。但它不是通过出偏题怪题实现的。其具有“稳中求新、活而不怪”的特点，它不在乎知识的加深，而在乎于对知识的灵活运用；还应该注意到，高考试题的质量高低还会随着对其的广泛传播而关系到今后若干年我国中学生训练水平的高低。因为直接用高考题或高考模拟题编成的教学资料十分普遍。例如，有不少高考题是通过教材走进课堂的。将一些优秀的高考题充实到教材是提高教材和教学质量的有益之举。然而，生物教材中也用到了个别的有争议的高考题，而给教学带来了负面影响。人教社高中《生物》（选修）教材（91年10月版）P.182“识图填充题”（注：选自1985年高考题，该题的最后1

小题的答案有误，阅卷时已作更正，对考生影响不大）就是例证。与该教材配套使用的教学

当然，再重要的试题，都是有限的人力在有限的时间内编就的，不可能做到完美无缺。笔者认为，今年试题存在个别值得商榷之处：例如，对第42题“血液中O2浓度变化的原因”评分标准答案是这样作答的：“肺泡内氧浓度（含量）高于血液中的氧浓度（含量），O2扩散进入血液”。宜将“氧浓度（含量）”改为“氧分压”才妥，因为氧的分压差才是气体扩散的真正动力。事实上，肺泡气与静脉血中氧的含量基本一致（平静时每100mL含氧量均为14.4mL），但肺泡气的氧分压却明显高于肺泡毛细血管起始端静脉血的氧分压，分压差为63mmHg。遗憾的是，试题所提供的曲线只说明了氧浓度（含量）的变化，而仅据此是不能正确作答的。当然，命题者也许考虑得更多的是知识的难度，因为担心引入“氧分压”会给考生带来理解上的困难。又如，第45题的题设条件有两点不够明确：一是“特定装置”的含义模糊。最好注明其“处在密闭的装置中”或“该装置不与外界发生气体交换”等；二是未注明“相同温度条件下呼吸强度是不变的”。其实呼吸强度还受[O2]等因素的制约，是可变的。应根据该题实际加以说明。这类问题在一些流行的试题中常出现（1988年日本的高考题也有类似问题），似乎考生也习惯了。再如，第13题要求考生判定血液凝固的最适温度时，却未注明血液是来自哪一类动物（或人），若考生考虑到变温动物，则会干扰其答题思路。不难想象，大多数考生并不会去想这些，因为考生是在初中生理卫生和高中生物里学到这一知识的，所以，他们一看到“血液”一般自然会想到“人的血液”，而不影响作答。此外，第1题的题干是“动物细胞有丝分裂区别于植物细胞有丝分裂的特点是”（答：中心粒周围出现星射线），显然，这一叙述源于高中生物必修教材，但教材的有关叙述不够严密。故宜将“植物细胞”改成“高等植物细胞”才严密，因为低等植物细胞亦有中心粒。

总之，1999年的广东高考试题，充分体现了命题人员的创新意识，较好地发挥了高考的导向作用。它在推进教材改革，有效促进教师转变教育观念、加快知识更新、提高实施素质教育的能力等方面，起着不可低估的作用。它给我们的一个最重要的启示是，创新不仅是命题人员的事，更是教材编写者和战斗在教学第一线的广大生物教师的神圣职责。

Duo to the one-child policy in China, most families have only one child and therefore this child is
