In the mass, we have won a great success for this year’s sales achievements to some extent.
According to the graph, it can be seen that in the first quarter of the year, sales in three regions
all remained stable. The sales in the USA ranked first with nearly 2500 units per month, followed
by Europe and China with each gap of approximately 1000 units per month. However, after the
introduction of kit furniture in March, sales in these places changed dramatically.
Statistics indicate that sales in the USA increased apace from April and reached the highest point
in June. Then the sales remained stable until the end of the year with about 4,000 units per
month. This result reflects that Americans kept a high consumptive level and our company has
owned a quite mature and steady market in USA.It is still our core sales region at present and we
should do our best to maintain this situation.
Similarly, the sales in China had a swift growth at first after the introduction of kits. However,
there was an abrupt and sharp decline in sales between June and July after its first peak. The
reason for this condition may lie in two aspects. On the one hand, we underestimated Chinese
needs for our products, which led to a shortage of supply. On the other hand, the sales in China
may be affected by the quality problem of Vinci Furniture. Fortunately, after we readjusted the
supply and the negative influence from Vince Furniture died down, sales had a gradual rise again
and were almost the same as that in the USA. With the rapid development of Chinese economics
andfleet enhancement of Chinese purchasing power, we could predict that China will be our
largest market in the near future, so we should pay more attention to product promotion in this
biggest developing country.
As to the sales in Europe, contrary to that in China and the USA, it went down sharply between
March and April. Sales there leveled out during the rest of the year with only 500 units per
month. The decline should be accounted for recent financial crisis in Europe, so the foreground
may be gloomy and this condition will last for a long time in the future.
To conclude, in next year, our company should adjust some relevant sale strategy to meet the
new situation of market in the three sales regions.{salesreport范文}.

It can be seen from the sales figures that the results of our sales are very disappointing. The Denmark market is generally flat with sales down 30 percent on last year.
After a serious discussion among all the marketing managers, we concluded some reasons for the decline of sales. Firstly, one of the most important reasons is that a new Ikea store recently opened near Copenhagen, which further aggravates competition. Secondly, although the qualities of our products are very high, we lose many consumers just because we have no Danish brochures. In addition, biggest customer wants more commission like 25 percent. And the last reason is that there have frozen orders.
However, despite the fact that there existing so many problems now, we still consider that the prospect of our product market is good. First of all, there will be good-signs of recovery in consumer confidence. Furthermore, we have already had possible contract with big hotel chain refurnishing twelve hotels.
At the end of the sales report, we would like to say something about recommendations. We think that the most effective one is getting Danish brochures out as fast as we can. Then in order to provide better services, we should try to increase commissions across the board. At last, we suggest more advertising like publishing articles in lifestyle magazines will contribute to our sales.

Executive summary
The aim of this paper is to analysis Toyota Auto corporation’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and the threats through using SWOT method. At the same time, human resource development displayed in the process of case analyzing. The major problems in this article are ‘what makes Toyota become the world first Auto manufacture?’ ‘What are the Toyota’s strategies?’ ‘The prospects of the Toyota’ and so on, the main purpose is to identify Toyota’s problems and shortcomings; and finally to find out the reasons caused these problems, in the end of the article, the author forward his own opinions and recommends for the Toyota’s developing.
Introduction of the Toyota
Toyota is Japan's largest car manufacturer, which was founded in 1933, and Toyota Company is headquartered in Toyota City. Initially is one of the Toyota Automatic Loom’s production departments. In 1937, Toyota merged into Toyota Motor Co., since then, Toyota established several related companies, including Toyota Machinery Co., Ltd. in1941, and Toyota Body Co. in 1945, In the 1960s and 1970s, Toyota's expansion rapidly, the vehicle volume even sold to foreign markets. And in 1982, the company obtained its present name-Toyota. Today, Toyota has assembly plants and distributors in many countries, the company also has the subsidiary which produce the motor vehicles line and the other parts, rubber and cork materials, steel, synthetic resin, automatic loom and the cotton wool and so on. All these questions caused every company must reposition its self, recreate the developing strategy.

In interview with all fans of the Soundblaster band, we mainly ask fans to like band’s the reason. And why some of them do not like and do not buy albums. Through interviews, we conclude that love this band’s songs on the music because of their dedication to music, they sing the feeling, they Songs can be sung depths of the human soul and attracted to their personality. Since they have so many advantages, then, why some are no longer used to like the band’s fans to support them. Because they genre did not change in recent year. All the songs are similar.
Conclusions
With the rapid development of entertainment, music development is very fast. There have a lot of singers and bands. They have created a lot of music. At the same time, artists and their works in order to remember and recognition by others is very difficult. Like music as like people. A long time would have no fresh, no longer like. The artwork simply must be appropriate to the subject and convey the band’s sound, motivation and style to the viewer. Develop the band’s music and attract new fans:
The quality of the development of the band, the most important thing is the quality of the song. We can record the new production team invited outstanding lyrics and music written for the band. We can also include some of the album the band’s original songs. Good music will attract more fans.
