一、指导思想

201７年初中毕业生英语毕业学业考试是义务教育阶段的终结性考试, 其目的是全面、准确地考查初中毕业生在英语学习方面达到《全日制义务教育英语课程标准（２０１１年版）》所规定的英语毕业水平的程度。考试结果既是衡量学生是否达到毕业标准的主要依据，也是高中阶段学校招生的重要依据之一。

初中毕业生英语毕业学业考试要落实《全日制义务教育英语课程标准（２０１１年版）》所确立的课程评价理念，要有利于促进和引导英语教学全面落实《全日制义务教育英语课程标准》所规定的课程目标，要有利于引导学生改进英语学习方式、拓展英语学习渠道、提高英语学习效率，要有利于初中学校综合评价学生的英语学习状况。

二、命题原则

1、面向全体，注重基础

1、语言知识运用
