第一档：（3—0分）

白卷或文不对题或不知所云，只能写出与内容有关的一些单词。

第二档：（6—4分）

与题目有关的内容不多，不能表达出基本要点。只是简单拼凑，所写内容难以理解。 第三档：（9—7分）

表达不够清楚，内容不够完整，但尚能达意。语法结构和词汇错误较多，语言不通顺，影响整体理解。

通顺，语意连贯，具有逻辑性。允许有个别语言错误。

第四档：（12—10分）

符合题目要求，表达基本清楚，内容完整。语法结构和词汇基本满足文章需要。语言基本通顺，语意基本连贯。有少量语言错误，但不影响整体理解。

第五档：（15—13分）

完全符合题目要求，表达清楚，内容丰富。使用多种语法结构和丰富的词汇，语言 考生的作文要求有四点：1、内容要完整。2、语句流畅。3、没有语法错误。4、书写规范。能达到上述要求的作文，都会得到相应的高分。所以，在写作文的时候，大家要牢记这些要求。

要做到内容完整，我们首先要认清看好题目的要求，抓住要点，注意文体。我们可以在写作之前好好构思一下，自己将从几个方面来写。是否能将所有内容都包含在内。在写完之后，再检查一遍。看看有没有内容的缺失。

要做到语句的流畅，这就要求有扎实的英语基本功。在平时的积累上，注意一些语义的表达方法。要尽量使用自己能够正确运用的语句和表达方式。注意句子之间的连贯性。这不仅仅指从语法上，也指句意上的连贯。

在初中阶段，考生应注意语法点有：动词单三形式，时态(包括：现在进行时，一般过去时，将来时)，定语从句(此项语法建议考生尽量不要使用)，语态，单复数，主谓一致，冠词等还有一些表达方式。比如，我非常喜欢足球。考生经常会写成I very like football.这样的错误一定要避免。

书写一定要规范。要了解英语作文的书写规则。同时，要知道应用文的写作方法。

除了以上的几个方面，还建议考生们要检查：单词的拼写、大小写和标点符号。

考试的时候，要尽量留出充足的时间给作文。这样，我们才能有足够的时间去构思，去打草稿。在评卷的时候，第一印象很重要，所以考生们一定要让自己的作文看起来舒服，干净，整齐。

中考英语中，很多学生自感基础很差，主动放弃了作文的15分。即便学生表达能力很差，但只要所写文章中包括题目要点中的部分信息，依然能得1-3分的最低档分数;如能完整表达题目给出的要点和要求，同时文章通顺，无严重语法和拼写错误，一般能得到4-11分的中档分。

中考英语写作的常见题型有以下四种：

1、是根据所给标题写作，

2、是根据英语情景提示写作，

3、是根据英汉提示写作，

4、是看图写作。两个作文，其中小作文可能是看图作文。

写作2步思路、再加3步骤

思路：

审好题

仔细审查所给的内容提示（包括文字和图表等），明确要求写的内容，确定文章的体裁、人称、时态等，理顺思路，确定主旨。

看要点，写片段

对于易于表达的内容，一次成句；对于一时难于表达的内容，写出词组。此时，既注意不遗漏内容要点，也不要随意添加任何内容。

步骤：

定句型，连词成句

这个环节是成文的关键，一定要注意做到：

（1）选用比较有把握的词汇，用恰当的句型写出确切反映内容要求的句子。在熟悉的基础上，鼓励多用高级词汇和结构复杂的复杂句。如表达“为了……”时，可用in order to do 或 so as to do.也可用so that引导目的状语从句。

（2）写出的句子要达意，完整，语法正确，合乎习惯，特别是句式、谓语动词形式要有根有据。

（3）表达限定的内容有困难时，就要想到“All roads lead to Rome.”这句话，用变通的方法，以达到“曲径通幽”。如要译“他表哥外强中干”这样一句话，表达起来似乎很难，但我们完全可以通过学过的东西将这句话明白贴切地表达出来：His cousin looks strong but in fact, he is rather weak.

（4）尽量避免使用汉语式的英语。例如要表达“她睡得很迟”，不可写成：She slept very late.应该写成：She went to bed very late.因为“sleep late”表示“睡懒觉”。又如要表达“他一点都不担心他的英语”，不可写成：He is not a little worried about his English.实际上意思完全相反，表达成“他非常担心他的英语”了。应该是：He is not a bit worried about his English. 或：He is not worried about his English at all.

连词成句，添减相宜

单句写出后，根据短文的内容要求，确定先写什么，后写什么，按照表述内容的情节发展和实际需要，重新排列组合已写成的句子，划分必要的段落，一般分成三段。

即：文章的开头（Introduction）、文章的主体(Main body)和文章的结尾

(Conclusion).这样写成文章的初稿。在连词成句的过程中，还要注意以下几点：

（1）句子或段落间的连接不仅仅是个语言问题，也是个逻辑思维方面的问题，这两者是不能分开的。能注意到这一点，你的文章就能达到条理清楚、层次分明的境界。

（2）为了使句子或段落语义连贯，表达合理准确，可以适当加入一些连接词语。如表达转折可用but, however, otherwise等，表达递进可用and, also, besides, What’s more等，表达因果so, therefore, as a result等，表达对比可用at the same time, meanwhile，while等，表达让步可用though, although, even if等。有时还需要加入一些必要的过渡句子以达到承上启下的效果。

（3）仔细推敲在文章的哪些地方可用复杂句。切忌生搬硬套，给人一种为了用复杂句而用复杂句的感觉。要用得自然、得体。要顺应行文的需要，与整个文章浑然一体。

尽量使用我们熟悉的宾语从句、状语从句和定语从句。

检查，修改，定稿，誊写

检查修改是进一步减少疏漏提高质量的最后程序，这时要对照题目要求，认真检查以下几点：

（1）内容有无遗漏或误词，最好一一对应检查。

（2）体裁格式对不对。

（3）句子是否有语法结构错误，特别要检查句子中的冠词、代词、名词复数、动词的时态、语态、主谓一致等方面是否有错误。

（4）句子是否合乎英语表达习惯，是否达意。

（5）书写字迹和标点符号是否规范清晰，词数是否基本上符合要求。经过认真修改润色的短文，即可认真工整地誊写在指定的卷面上。抄好后再速读一遍，力求完美。

分析：

五大提示要点只有第一要点是限定的，考生可以直接翻译。其余四大要点都是半限定的、半开放性的。考生需要根据文章主题的需要联系实际生活进行适当发挥。不同的考生会有不同的答案。这部分既是写作的重点也是难点。考生可用简明的英语写出要点。如:At school: keep the classroom clean and tidy. At home : help parents do some housework. In public places: obey the traffic rules don’t make too much noise . make a contribution to this event: give out leaflets to make people understand the importance of this activity.

第三步：列出写作提纲，并将要点扩展成句。

At home, we should help our parents do some housework.

第四步：组句成文。

分析：根据文章内容和要求，可以适当调整以上句子的先后顺序。为了使文章连贯自然，表达准确，适当加一些表达并列、递进、因果、转折等关系的连词，然后组成文章，这时如果发现文章词数不够，可把短语变成句子，也可增添一些与表达内容有关的短语或句子。如：表达“在家”,不用“athome”.而用“When we are at home.”如果发现文章词数超过要求，可以将句子变成短语或两句并一句。 第五步：计划时间，认真检查、修改。{AtHome作文六年级}.

专四作文写作技巧——如何写好英文便条

英文书信有正式与非正式之分，英文便条为非正式书信。

TEM4把写便条(note～writing)列入必考项目之一，其目的是按照要求，测试英语专业学生在基础阶段末用英语书面表达思想的能力。便条成绩在TEM4笔试成绩中虽只占10%，却如同一面镜子，能反映出学生英语书面交际的能力。有关英文便条写作，国内外学者多有论述。学者们认为，便条是一种简短信函，多使用非正式语体，它的形式比一般书信简单。例如，写便条的人与收便条的人的地址、称呼中“Dear'一词、日期中的年份以及结尾套语(complimentary close，亦称结束语)，都可以省去;便条正文篇幅可小至一、两句话。可是，TEM4便条写作而言，并不完全像以上说的那样，它有一定的限制。

英语专业四级考试大纲写便条的要求是，"根据提示写大约50-60字的通知、便条、请贴等。要求格式正确，语言得体。”英语专业四级考试大纲的要求其实也给TEM4便条制定了评分标准。TEM4便条的评分往往从格式、内容、语言、字数这四方面来考虑。因此，要想写好TEM4便条，就必须掌握TEM4便条的基本要求，注意TEM4便条写作中常见的问题，以便对症下药，充分发挥自己的英文写作水平。

TEM4便条的基本要求:

(一) 格式(format)正确TEM4便条的格式与普通英文书信格式基本相同。

具体来说，它应有日期(date)、称呼(saluwfion)、正文(body)及结尾(ending)，结尾包括结尾套语(complimentary close)和签名(signature)。

1.日期指写便条的日期。英文便条与汉语便条的日期写的地方有别，前者的日期一般写在便条的右上角，偶尔也见写在便条的左上角，而后者的日期则写在便条的右下角，即写在签名的下面。英文日期与汉语日期的写法也有不同，汉语一般先写年，然后再写月、日，而英文则一般把年份写在月、日的后面。另外，英文日期的月、日与年之间通常用逗号隔开。例如，2008年4月21日通常写成April 21，2008或April 21 st，2008;当然，由于是非正式书信，也可以去掉年份，写成Ap l 2l或April 21st(不过，这种写法，只是最近两年才被TEM4接受)，或者写成21/4/2008或4/21/2008。日期能说明便条的有效度，没有日期，则会使人感到茫然。

2.称呼称呼是指写便条人对收便条人的称谓，一般都以Dear开头，写在日期下一两行、留出左页边空白，顶格写。TEM4试卷中一般对写便条人与收便条人之间的关系作了提示。提示中的“you”指的是写便条人，提到的另一方便是收便条人。称呼时，一般只需在其名字前加Dear即可，如Dear Susan，Dear Tom。若此人有头衔(social title)，称呼时，便要保留其头衔，例如Dr.Herce，要称DearDr.Pierce，不称DearPierce。如果提示中的另一方是以MrsWang或MrWang出现，称呼时也只需在其前加Dear便可，即称DearMrsWang或DearMrWang，若只称DearWang则视为不妥。当对方为亲属时，在Dear 后面加上表示亲属关系大写的字眼即可，如DearGrandpa，DearAunt。值得一提的是，近年来TEM4也接受不带Dear的称呼。称呼后面可用逗号，也可用冒号。

3.正文正文是写便条人要叙述或谈论的事情，是便条的主要组成部分。一般书信是在称呼下方隔两行处开始写正文。但就TEM4便条而言，一般在称呼的下一行开始写正文便可。正文的首行左边一般留约5个字母宽的空白，但也可顶格写。便条的内容简单、字数少，因此，正文一般只需写一段或两段。若有两段，第二段的首行应与第一段的首行对齐写。4.结尾如前所述，结尾包括结尾套语和签名。

(1)结尾套语结尾套语的位置一般是在正文最后一行的下面，从便条的中央部分开始，稍向右缩进。当然，若正文的开头是往左顶格写，此时的结尾套语也应往左顶格写。开头字母要大写，末尾要用逗号。结尾套语为写便条人对收便条人的谦称或客套以示礼貌，措辞的变化按照不同的关系而定。现分述如下：

① 致不熟悉的人，宜用较庄重的套语，如Yours sincerely，Sincerely yours，或Sincerely等。

② 对上级、长者，除了可用上述较庄重的套语，也可用Yoursrespectfully或Respectfully yours。

③ 对一般朋友或熟人可用①中提到的较庄重的套语，也可用Yours等较为随便的套语。

④ 对密友则采用较随便的套语为宜。例如，Yours，Love，With love，Best wishes，Best regards等等。

⑤ 对亲属可用下列任何一种：Love，With love，All my love，Yours afectionately，Affectionately yours，Lovingly yours，Yo urslovingly，Your loving son(Dad?);但对亲人，不宜用Sincerelyyours~由于TEM4便条写作一般是针对考生日常生活或学习相关的事情，写作的对象一般是其朋友、老师、熟人，因此，TEM4通常只接受Yours sincerely，Sincerely yours，Sincerely，或Yours这几种结尾套语。

(2)签名即写便条人署名，位于结尾套语下，偏右。若结尾套语是往左顶格写，这时的署名也应往左顶格写。签名也由写便条人和收便条人的关系和亲疏程度而定。有时TEM4指定了写便条人的名字，签名时应采用那个名字。若无指定名字，考生也不宜用自己的真名。一般只需写名不写姓，但若用了较庄重的结尾套语，此时可签全名。

(二)内容完整一般而言，一封理想的TEM4便条应包括以下三点：
