（一）英语复习第一阶段：攻克词汇：6月30日之前。

考研英语的基本功就是词汇和语法，很多同学不重视词汇学习，基础不够扎实，盲目迷信技巧，造成考研失利。攻克词汇有很多途径，最常见的就是词汇书。词汇记忆最好分散在每天的不同时段，短、频、快进行记忆，关键是按照科学规律定期重复。每天晚上最好检查早上所背单词，第二天检查前一天所背单词，一周后、半个月以后也经常进行检查，否则前功尽弃。每个单词不用记太多意思，一至两个最常用或最常考的意思即可，做题时需考场上根据上下文进行推断。

同时，记忆单词不要盲目拼写，否则纯属惯性，并非记忆。一般每个单词拼写三至五遍即可，但需用心记忆。第一遍记忆单词一般只记音标与中文常见含义即可，无需看英文解释、同义反义词、例句和讲解，关键要快。第二遍可以找一本比较详细的词汇书，浏览每个单词的英文解释、同义反义词、例句和讲解，但无需全部背会，了解即可。第三遍再结合真题具体掌握在真题中的考法。

（二）英语复习第二阶段：精研真题：11月30日之前。推荐书籍：王江涛、唐静、舒洋、张销民《四大名师历年考研英语真题超详解及复习指导》（外研社，2014年5月版）

每套真题都是全国命题专家经过一年反复推敲测试才公之于众，难度、信度、效度基本保持稳定。而大多数模拟题均为个别老师短期编订，往往无法与真题相提并论。很多同学终年流于题海战术，事倍功半、适得其反。

基础一般的同学考前搞定最新十年真题即可，基础较好的同学可以搞定1997年至今历年真题。真题虽然不太可能原题重考，但考研词汇量固定、词组固定、句子结构固定、篇章结构固定、选项设置固定、出题规律固定、考点固定，搞透真题，必定斩获高分！很多同学做了几遍之后，真题答案已经记熟，再做意义不大，可从以下五大层面进行研究：

1、词汇：没有一个词汇不认识！

基础一般的同学，最低要求需要搞定最新十年真题阅读理解A节共40篇文章中每一个词汇；基础较好的同学可以搞定1997年至今共18年真题中每一个词汇。考研词汇需要掌握的核心意思即真题中考过的意思。

如果一个词汇十年或十八年未曾考过，只能证明这个词汇不太重要。根据统计，过去十八年考研英语试卷中只考过大约5500个词汇，但与考研大纲5500词汇并不吻合。大纲词汇只考过3300左右，2200个大纲词汇几乎从来不考。超纲词大约200左右，一般无需记忆，可能会有文字注释。但过去18年考研英语曾经考察过2000多个大纲中没有的词汇，其实并不超纲，只是大纲词汇的不同词性，或大纲词汇加上大纲附录中62个前缀和54个后缀之后形成的新的词汇。综上所述，盲目记忆词汇书并不能一网打尽考研词汇。结合历年真题搞定考研词汇，才是词汇记忆的最佳方法。

不喜欢背诵词汇书的同学，可以直接从真题入手，每篇文章查出所有不认识的词汇、结合精准译文标明真题中考察的意思，然后有针对性地进行背诵，这才是记忆考研词汇的最好方法，也是适合自己最好的词汇书。由于有上下文，这些单词相对容易记忆，而且记住的都

是常考的核心意思。而孤立背诵词汇书，书中意思不一定是考研考察的意思，没有上下文很难真正记住，往往只能打击自信、见效不大。

2、选项：没有一个选项不清楚！

基础一般的同学搞定最新十年真题阅读A节和B节中的每个选项，基础较好的同学搞定1997年之后至今历年真题含完形填空中的每个选项。考研英语复习关键在精不在多、在质不在量！搞懂每个正确选项为何正确？每个错误选项为何错误？甚至每个选项在文中是否有出处，来自于文章第几段、第几句？做错的题目用红笔进行标记，考前一个月无需盲目做题，而应再次总结一年来做错的所有真题，研究自己的弱点，考场针对性地进行避免。

3、句子结构：没有一个句子结构不清楚！

基础一般的同学搞定最新十年真题阅读A节中的每个句子，基础较好的同学搞定1997年之后至今历年真题中的每个句子。最新大纲解析明确提出：考研英语难在句子结构，即长难句。美国语言学家乔姆斯基在名著《句法结构》中一阵见血地指出：“英语是在用有限的句子结构表达无限的思想”。只要彻底搞定考研英语历年真题中的长难句，上了考场无非就是这些句子结构重新的排列组合而已，看懂做对自然轻而易举。

4、英译汉：阅读A节经典文章（自己觉得最难或错误最多的文章，即自己的弱点）最笨的方法往往是最好的方法，英译汉是提高阅读和翻译最好的方法之一。很多同学感觉文章似乎均可读懂，但题目一做就错，原因是没有真正读懂。何为真正读懂？将文章落在笔上，包括题干和每个选项逐字逐句翻译成汉语，这才是真正读懂。译完之后，对照书中的精准译文，深究阅读弱点。译错的地方即为弱点，一般出现在两个方面：一词多义即词汇弱点，句子结构即语法弱点。逐一解决之后，阅读实力自然提高，高分手到擒来。英译汉虽然

比较花费时间，但真正提高英语实力。基础薄弱的同学刚开始可能无法进行英译汉，水平逐渐提高之后，后期可以操作。

5、背诵：阅读A节经典文章或长难句。

背诵是提高英语实力和考研分数最好的方法之一，也是最笨的方法。即使花费八个小时背下一篇阅读文章，你就掌握了400个词汇、上百个词组、几十个句型，英语实力提高了，语感培养起来了，自然斩获高分。尤其是基础薄弱的同学，顺带解决了词汇、语法、句子结构、篇章结构的问题，可谓一举多得。可以每年背诵一篇自己觉得最难的文章或错误最多的文章，或经济、新闻、英美文学、自然科学等每类考研常考文章中背诵一篇自己觉得最难的，对于提高英语实力堪称见效神速。

背诵文章确实困难的同学，可尝试每篇文章背诵一个最长最难的句子，假设半小时背下一个长难句，掌握了30个词汇、5个词组、3个句型，而且有上下文，记忆相当深刻。

（三）英语复习第三阶段：适当模考：12月至1月。

考前务必至少模考一次，使用从未做过的最新一年真题或权威预测试题。时间安排在下午14：00-17：00，三小时严格掐表做完。很多同学平时只是分项做题，时间颇长、没有意识，上了考场时间紧迫、心情高度紧张，试卷无法全部做完，功亏一篑。

‘若想考研成功，需制定可行性强、严格守时的复习计划，并持之以恒、坚持不懈。生活全部重心放在考研复习之上，勇于放弃可有可无的考试或杂事，心无旁骛，轻松、专注、高效率，将考研进行到底。由于独自一人学习容易松懈放弃，最好找到一到两个勤奋好学的考伴，一起复习，互相督促检查，效果较好。

每天考研复习时间最好保证八至十小时左右，关键是效率，避免浪费时间、追悔莫及。大部分考生每天英语复习应占三至四小时左右、专业课含数学三至四小时左右、政治一至两小时左右。功课繁重或在职考生至少每天应保证四小时考研复习时间。

英语复习方面，词汇记忆每天需半小时至一小时左右，一直坚持到考前。牢记：词汇是英语复习的基石。很多同学盲目迷信技巧，无法通过词汇大关，以至于考研失败。阅读A节占四十分，得阅读者得天下，务必引起高度重视，每天学习时间一般在两小时左右。

其次，应该重视写作，英语（一）占30分，英语（二）占25分。每天至少使用半小时至一小时的时间，大声朗读、背诵考研写作经典范文，扎扎实实培养语感，提高写作实力。写

作学习最好放在早上刚起床，根据德国心理学家艾宾浩斯记忆与遗忘曲线，此时人脑没有前摄干扰，有助于短期记忆。或放在晚上临睡前，没有后摄干扰，有助于长期记忆。写作只靠考前所谓的“专家”押题或万能模板无异于作死，不作死就不会死！

再次，阅读B节、阅读C节（翻译）与完形填空也应引起高度重视，这三项在英语（一）中占30分，英语（二）占35分，千万不要放弃。只要掌握正确的方法和技巧，勤加练习，这三项同样可以取得骄人的战绩。
