3)英语书面表达写作程序

◆认真审题，明确题目要求表达的中心思想和反映这一中心思想的全部内容要点和深层结构，分析研究题目和给出的材料的真实意义，推导出短文的主题思想和内容要点。

◆将材料的内容要点逐点（单词和短语）用英语表达出来。为句子表达奠定基础，并减少错误。

◆将内容要点组成句子。先连成简单句（短小、简单，不容易出错），再根据行文整体的需要和使文章生动的需要将几个简单句通过增加适当的连接词或短语组合成复合句，或将有的简单句改成恰当的介词短语、非谓语动词短语等短语的形式，使短文具有可读性和生动性。

◆连句成文。将已写好的句子依据要求排列成文和适度分段。

◆修改补充适当的连接成分。 开头结尾要精彩！

◆修改短文：

1）核对题目给出的要求，看是否有内容要点遗漏。

2）复读写好的短文，通过语感检查有否语言形式上的错误和不当之处。

3）对于应用文要检查的要求。

4）检查所写短文的词数是否符合要求。如果词数不够，可以适当增加点减掉一些次要的成分。

4）把握好书面表达的评分标准.下面是大连市2009年英语书面表达的一挡和二挡的标准：

书面表达评分标准

（一） 评分原则：

1. 本题满分20分， 内容5分，语言8分，逻辑5分，书写2分，按五个档次给分。

2. 评卷采用整体评分的方式，评分时，首先考虑短文内容是否符合题目要求，根据其任务完成的情况初

步确定所属档次；然后按该档次的具体要求进行衡量，确定和调整档次，最后给分。

3. 评分的主要参考指标为：内容的完整性、语言的得体性、组织机构的逻辑性、上下文的连贯性，篇幅

80词左右（允许字数上下浮动20词），其中内容要点可用不同的方式表达，鼓励对紧扣主题的适当发挥。

4. 若词数少于60词或书写较差，影响理解从所得分中减去2分。

5. 两人的评分相差3分以上（含3分）要进行三批。

6. 拼写与标点符号的误用是影响语言准确性的重要因素，评分时，应视其对交际的影响程度酌情扣分。

英语、美语拼写及词汇用法均可接受。
