差别待遇

赞扬与责骂的差别在哪儿？

对于小明来说，是一百分与九十八分间的毫厘。

对于小亮来说，是及格与不及格间的跨越。

看似差别待遇毫无道理，仔细思索却能悟出其间的合理。

如他人言，人生来不平等。自呱呱坠地时起，每一个生命便是一个独自的个体，有着其属于自身的优劣与价值。生而如此，又怎能以一条统一的刻线，单薄的规矩丈量一个个鲜活而独立的生命呢？

千年前，圣人孔子便提出“因材施教”的主张，弟子三千人，有富可敌国的巨贾，有位极人臣的政客，形形色色不一而足。而孔子则成为后世称赞敬仰的伟大教育家。究其根本，在于其能准确地把握每一位学生的优劣长短，扬其长补其短，因材施教，正是因为这样的“差别待遇”，才使得每个人都得尽展其能，各得其所。

社会对于每个人，应有不同的要求，正如一台高速运转的机器，既不能缺少轰隆雷鸣的马达，也不能松懈默默无名的一颗小小螺丝钉，可能对于小亮而言，九十分是他永远无法企及的高度，及格便是其尽其所能的结果。若是我们只是用统一的标准来评价不一样的人，那世间将会埋没多少奇能与怪才！

是的，我们社会需要差别待遇！正如航天器的研发需精确到小数点后十多位，而汪洋恣意的书画只求神形俱备即可：正如廉颇以身经百战显赫战绩位列上将，蔺相如以如簧巧舌精巧说辞拜为上卿；正如舌尖上的中国中一位位能人以食物铺写精致，《我在故宫修文物》中一双双巧手以古物刻写精华、、、、、、，各行各业，各得其所，差别待遇而实现整体的共赢！

“差别待遇”不差别！

莫将分数功利化

在当今社会，分数功利化的现象日益严重。不少家长对孩子要求极严，得不到满分便拳脚相加；而有的家长则“及格万岁”，认为只有及格便是好的。不管外界看法如何，我认为这两种做法均不可取，因为这均是将分数功利化的行为。

近年来，“虎妈狼爸”层出不穷，因其用严厉的教育方式将子女“打”进名校而出名，并赢得人们争相热捧，而我在这种大势下，只想问一句——这样做真的对吗？

先不论这种“高压”教育对孩子幼小的心灵会造成何种影响，从社会进程上来看，现在早已不是“万般皆下品，唯有读书高”的时代。三百六十行，行行出状元，对读书不好的学生岂能一棒子打死？莫将分数功利化，分数虽重要，但也并不是唯一，其它方面的能力也尤为重要，十年前的神童退学事件留下的一地鸡毛仍历历在目，从小的“两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书”换来了什么？换来的只是因生活无法自理的被中科院退学的通知，这样的分数至上，这样的本末倒置，是不是可以停止了呢?!

其实，不少家长都明白，一百分和九十八分并没有多大的差距，他们只是忍不下这攀比之心，更何况分数不是一切，你不能肯定地说考满分的孩子一定比别的孩子能力强、优异吗？既然不能肯定，那为什么要将孩子们宝贵的时间浪费在多得那一两分上呢？为何不将这时间花在培养他们的综合能力上？社会需要的并不是“高分低能的书呆子”而是全面发展的综合人才。

达尔文小时候成绩并不出众，而且还喜欢在课余时间观察小动物和昆虫，若将他放在现在，恐怕不少人都会认为他“不务正业”，但正是这份不务正业才结束了“神学”数千年以来的统治，才有了我们今天的“进化论”，是的，无法否认的是我们学生的主要任务是“学习”，但绝对不是只有“学习”。

内地首富马云也并不是名校毕业生，但这并不妨碍他在电子商务界呼风唤雨。由此可见，学习成绩并不能代表一切。

是的，无法否认，一个优秀的成绩或多或少会对你的未来有所助益，但为了这个苍白的理由而牺牲孩子的同年、扼杀他们的梦想未免太残忍了一些。

一百分也好，九十多分也罢，甚至刚及格也无妨，莫将分数功利化，因为分数不能代表一切！

进与退，爱与责

古有孟母三迁，今有虎妈猫爸，教育，从来是人类社会的重要命题。今日阅一漫画，故萌生在此浅谈之意。

漫画中，一个孩子成绩从满分退步区区两分，所得便从爱抚变为责罚；而另一个孩子由不及格到刚刚及格，父母却是由责到奖的巨大转变，此情此景，讽刺意味十足。

看到孩子脸上鲜红的唇印或掌印，我不禁想问：我们的教育怎么啦？

诚然，当今社会竞争激烈，饱受现实之苦的父母不愿让孩子输在起跑线上，便大有拔苗助长、急于求成之意，其父母是望子成龙成凤，各类兴趣班，培优班将孩子课余时间挤占得满满当当，而人们在对这条资讯摇头嗟叹的同时，不也奔走于接送孩子上下补习班的路上？孩子出生的一刻，家中挂上高考倒计时十八年，或是对着尚读小学的孩子大吼“每一分都得争”、、、、、、所谓爱之深，责之切也。

然而，父母们，在你们心焦之时，是否想过：自己的判断标准是否合理？离满分只差两分，也是很优秀的啊，可为什么仅以“退步”为由予以责罚？及格了，进步了，可鼓励过度是否会使孩子沾沾自喜？你们谈论着“我把工资的一半投入到孩子的教育”甚至为此得意，却忽视了：教育需要的，不是老师知识的一味灌输或是父母的奖罚，而是孔夫子于数千年前便提出的“因材施教”——了解、理解、引导；不是暴风骤雨，而是清风徐来——和煦地扶开孩子的心门，调动其积极性，在快乐中汲取营养。

钱学森先生在回忆自己的学生时代时曾无限感慨：学校里，老师带领大家自由探索自然，间或讲解；家中，不论带回怎样的一张考卷，迎接自己的总是热腾腾的饭菜与家人的鼓励。进或退没有那么重要，即便责怪也以安慰结束。他在这样的环境中成长着，逐步走向自己心怡的领域，实现了为人肯定的追求。

前不久，接到表妹的电话，说是为我送高考祝福，最后却成了她喋喋不休的抱怨——补习班太多，不情愿但不得不上；成绩分明不差，却被父母骂了许久、、、、、、我不禁感慨：虽然同为应试教育的产物，我似乎幸运太多，有自己选择的权利，进步时父母提醒切莫骄傲；退步时父母关怀保持自信，而走进考场前他们给予的拥抱，现在仍向我的胸膛输送着温暖、、、、、、，这样的教育，是一种力量，助我平静、进取、成功。

进与退，或许是矛盾，但爱与责，并不与其一一对应，责，但不打击；爱，而不盲目，遂成成功的教育。

假如我不曾见过太阳

犹记得美国女诗人艾米丽-希金森的一句哲理诗：假如我不曾见过太阳，我本可以忍受黑暗。然而太阳已使我的荒凉，变成更新的荒凉。其意在于，本来知足的人们会因新生的或更好的事物而逐步提高自己的标准或要求。

不满足，是因为可以更好，其实，我们需要这种不满足来追求更高的标准。

或许，很多人认同傅佩荣的这句话：人生种种无论悲喜逆顺，都水过无痕，而懂得知足，则会在这平静的水面上感得半许清凉，常言道，知足常乐。我并不认同，我所说的不知足，不是贪得无厌，而是严格要求，比如两个孩子，一个考了不及格而下一次及格而获得表扬，z这是一种知足，但更多的是赞扬他的进步，而另一个孩子上一次考了满分，而这一次没能拿到满分而受到批评，不是不满足，而是本可以做到更好。

不是说梭罗“我在天空垂钓，钓一池晶莹剔透的繁星”的隐居生活不值得羡慕，也不是说古代文人“天子呼来不上朝，一心只谋三分田。餐风饮露好风雅，被天席地度韶华”的胸襟不值得赞扬，而是，我们生活在不同的时代下。如狄更斯所说：这是一个最好的时代，也是一个最坏的时代。当然，我只想强调前半句。当今竞争激烈，人们进入“竞速时代”的时代背景暂且不提。难道我们不应该顺着时代的潮流，逐梦人生吗？

相比之下，我更欣赏攀登翻译高峰《追忆似水年华》的徐和瑾，“在德国最需要道德领导力”之时，迎难而上的默克尔总理以及凭一己之力穿梭在战场，以笔为刀剑炮火表达其人道主义情怀的诺贝尔文学奖获得者阿列克谢耶维奇。他们之所以伟大，是因为不知足，不屈服，有执着，有信念，才能站在令人敬仰的巅峰。

再不疯狂我们就老了，一句话唱出多少人逐步走向理想殿堂的青春心声，说到此，我还得对艾米莉的诗反驳一番。逐梦青春的路，再多汗水和泪水也不会是荒凉。是啊，假如我不曾见过太阳，我本是偏安一隅的小草，可既然有了太阳，为何不趁大好时光追逐它的步伐？

知足，是一种生活态度；而不知足，才能在燃烧的青春中绽放。我曾见过太阳，所以我不满足，我要追随它的脚步，诗酒趁年华！

怀容误之心，成大美格局

童稚满心欢喜地握着“满分答卷”，却未曾料想一次的完美竟成了“次次须好”的重压；顽子手持及格边缘的分数，因着分毫之差享受截然不同的待遇。看似天差地别的境况，其本质却都是家长对失误的绝对否定态度。

殊不知，这所谓的“奖罚分明”“因材施教”，不过是自私地将孩子的失误看作天理难容的祸患，人非圣贤，孰能无过？与其一味强压失误的苗头，最终得到畏葸不前的“绝对安全”，不如怀着容误之心，以宽容的态度包纳错误，留人以温暖和继续向前的勇气。

“盖余之勤且艰若此。”大儒宋濂少时即嗜学，当他趋百里外，跟随乡之先达潜心学习时，也曾不断地援疑质理。试想乡野小儿，立侍于专者之左右，又怎么会没有一丝失误？倘若先达亦如漫画中的母亲，对宋濂的失误毫无包容，宋濂又怎能在一步步的完善中终成大儒？温暖的容误之心，让一个贫困学子获得了继续向前的勇气，卒或有闻，于历史长河中留下其身影。
