第四课 关于英语国家姓名常识(仅供教师参考):1)英语国家人习惯“名姓”排列。英语中姓是surname(也可称作family name或last name),与中国人相同,英语国家人的姓是依父姓而定的;名是 given name。given name又分作 first name,second (middle)name。如某人的名字叫Linda Jane Chapman,其中Chapman是surname(姓),Linda Jane是given name(名)。而在given name中,Linda是first name,Jane是middle或second name。不过,在按字母顺序排列的人名表中,上述的名前姓后又要颠倒过来,成为Chapman, Linda Jane。2)英美人取名重音不重义。他们给孩子取名时,主要考虑这个名字与姓放在一起是否上口悦耳。3)英美人的名字具有性别之分,但这种差别并不是以字形来表现的,而是习惯使然。

一、教材内容分析

本课主要的重点句型是Hello. / Hi. I'm ... 努力设置多样的活动从meaning, use和form三个维度突破句型的学习。
首先,通过课前的问候让学生初步感知用英语相互打招呼的方式。在真实的环境中初步感知打招呼用语的使用。
通过复习一年级的rhyme,学生在说唱过程中,自然进入本课的学习。谈论主情景图,激活已有生活体验,推测本课学习内容,激发自主学习的兴趣。利用主情景图顺势引入本单元出现的人物介绍的视频,生动活泼的视频,多次复现的新句,在听觉和视觉方面加深学生对新句的感知和理解。
在呈现环节把视频人物引进课堂,教师利用教具头饰和手势帮助学生理解新句,在互动中学生学习了新句的读音。鼓励部分学生先说,教师再进行教学。引导每个学生积极开口。并利用手势引导学生在说I’m时注意发音。同时,采用sharp eyes游戏快闪快说的游戏再次巩固新句,在轻松的氛围中学生逐步掌握新知。人机对话的方式新颖,学生乐于开口与新朋友打招呼并进行自我介绍,游戏梯度引导学生由模仿慢慢尝试初步练习个人自我介绍,尝试运用。
学习对话课文引导学生学以致用。在学课文前的读图与讨论,有效地激发学生的思维,让学生开动脑筋,运用所学新句型思考人物对白,并对图片进行预测,然后带着问题去听录音,更加准确地理解课文。
在模仿跟读过程中引导学生先尝试后对比,突破难点I’m的发音。教师在播放录音前先请学生试读,播放录音后让学生读,引导学生关注句子的form,注重纠正学生的发音。再通过配音,采用不同形式的朗读,增加趣味性,训练学生的语音语调,进一步加深巩固本节课重点句型,轻松课堂气氛。角色表演让静态的文字演变为真实的交际,新知在体验中得到深化,从而内化,为进一步运用打下基础。
在掌握基本句型后,对课本游戏进行了创编,创设舞会情景,通过趣味的游戏,学生取得参加舞会所需的英文名字。交换朋友的游戏,促使学生努力尝试运用新句型。高频率的使用促使学生学会运用。同时也可渗透一些礼仪动作和道别语言Goodbye!,为下一节课做铺垫。
