Business Description:

WanDa Education and Training Institution was first started by a

postgraduate student of JiangNan University five years ago. The founder

was good at teaching and had rich teaching experience when he was at

college.

The institution located in XueLang town, close to XueLang Primary

School and XueLang Middle School. So the source of students are mostly

from these two schools.

The business of the institution is divided into two parts: after-school class

and weekend one-to-one teaching. The former one focuses on the primary

school students whose parents are too busy to look after them after school.

The latter one focuses on the secondary school students whose parents are

unable to help with their homework.

The major marketing and recruitment way is to delivering leaflets at the

school gate and chatting with parents waiting for their children there. Comparing with other education institutions in the local market, WanDa

charges lower fees because most of the teachers there are students from

JiangNan University. But also due to this reason, it’s less convincing for parents because the teachers are a little inexperienced. So there are
