浅谈说话

本人不善言谈，却由于种种原因进入进入到政法修行。也许是由于法学院校的缘故，在政法经常能见到很多能言善辩之才„哎，一想到自己这张大笨嘴，自愧不如的同时又感受到在法律专业没有“铜齿铁牙”自己将面对的竞争压力。为此，最近我看了几本关于说话学问的书，来提高一下自己。

在读过这方面的书后，我深深的感受到要作一位“会说话者”有多么不容易。要就三寸不烂之舌，做一个优秀的说话者，就要具备广博的自然知识、深厚的文化素养、丰富的人生阅历和良好的心理素质等。下面我就跟据读过的一些书来浅谈说话。

说话除要具备一定的生理上条件外，还要具有一定的心理素质。生理条件可想而知，只要没有语言障碍、语言缺陷即可。而心理因素在我们交往交流、日常生活中起着重要作用。或由于人类竞争压力增大，或者受生长环境的影响，心理疾病越来越多的出现了。其中很多人，在说话交流方面出现问题。要与人说话交流，有心理障碍是不好的，更别说练就一流的“铁嘴”了。所以必须克服心理障碍。其实只要有恒心和毅力，克服说话交流心理障碍是完全可能的。这就要我们多多训练说话，并且要给自己积极的心理暗示。
