Hello everybody,

Today ,my presentation is about film review.

The graduate is an attractive and affecting film.It has a very important place in the America film history,because it reflected the people’s life at that time,1960s.it also a ground-breaking film,had taken a new film type in American film market.

Mike Nichols,is the the director. He is a famous and fruitful director in America,has many movie works ,helped him receive a lot of honors and awards,including the graduate ,which helped him get the Oscar awards,the Best Director .

The graduate is a comedy film,theme is about love,premiered in 1967.After that,the film got many awards,such as:best director,best picture,best actor,best actress,and so on.

The main stars including Dustin Hoffman,Anne Bancroft,Katharine Ross and others.Dustin Hoffman plays a graduate ,named Benjamin,who is worried about his future,his eyes are confused.Anne Bancroft,plays Mrs. Robinson ,a middle-aged woman,although has a rich husband,she dose’t like her husband.Katharine Ross plays Elaine,she is Mrs. Robinson daughter. Ben is a graduate,his father held a party for him and give a beautiful red car as graduate gift.but he had no interested it.At the party,Mrs. Robinson seduced him.At first,he refused.however ,after several days,he had sex with her in a local hotel.All is going well until Mrs. Robinson insisted that Ben must leave from her daughter Elaine.but he didn't follow what she said and finally fell in love with Elaine.others found the truth and Elaine decide to leave Ben.this time,he was not confused again,Finally,he and Elaine ran away from Elaine’s wedding.

I like the film ,because Nobody is perfect, and people do improper things at the improper time. The point is whether you are willing to amend it or not. Ben should be a good example.When his affair with Mrs. Robinson,found by others, he was brave enough to face it, courageous enough to purse his true love . From the movie ,we can see Ben’s transformation from a confused graduate to a mature man; from the fall to the persistence for true love ; Well, this is our graduate, it’s a part of life, it’s the process of growth.

The theme music is very popular. Let’s enjoin it.

Frozen--Movie Review

A Review of Frozen

Frozen is a 2013 American 3D computer-animated musical fantasy-comedy film, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale The Snow Queen. Frozen went into general release on November 27, 2013 in America and on February 5, 2014 in China. The film has so far grossed 1,026 billion in worldwide box office.

The film tells us a moving and inspirational story. Two pretty princesses, Elsa and Anna, lived in the seagirt and beautiful Arendelle Kingdom. Elsa had magical icy powers, and as she grew older, her icy power become stronger and even hurt her sister, Anna. As a result, the king interrupted their connection. After the king and the queen’s deaths, it was age to crown for Elsa. However, Elsa gave her power away and then escaped into the mountain, but her icy powers had inadvertently trapped the kingdom in eternal winter. So fearless Anna set off on an epic journey to find her estranged sister, alongside a rugged and thrill-seeking mountain man, his loyal pet reindeer, and a hapless snowman. In the end, the sisters got back the happy life and skated together happily on the ice rink by magic.

I think the important reason for my rating is love. It is the real love that is beyond life and death, and melts the ice between the sisters, Elsa and Anna. The love can control magic. We need to learn how to realize

love, trust love, express love, so that we will live in a harmonious society. In my opinion, people of any age should enjoy the movie, because anyone of us needs love.

Film Review:Lolita

陈杉杉 101201103 Lolita is a film involving incest love .Only when you understand the film,you can be qualified to appreciate it.Certainly,Lolita is the eternal classics.{moviereview范文}.

Vladimir Nabokov<1899-1977 >,recognized as an outstanding novelist and stylist of the twentieth century,is the writer of Lolita.Nabokov wrote Lolita while travelling on butterfly-collection trips in the western United States that he undertook every summer. Lolita is a comedy-drama film based on the classic novel of the same title by Vladimir Nabokov, centering around a middle-aged man who becomes obsessed with a teenage girl.

The whole novel is stamped deeply by Absurd Art.When you watch the movie ,you will not know what the main characters desire for till the end.Actually,I have somewhat complex feelings of happiness and sadness after watching it.It makes me reflect on the true nature of humanity .The girl 's ignorance and innocence attract the professor, and the elegance of the professor attracts the girl.Ultimately , it did not get a perfect ending mainly because of the large age gap between the two people.Although the novel is a tragedy,it makes me feel real from the inner heart.Everyone has a Pandora's box .But if it is opened , it can not end up.

When he first glanced at her, he was fascinated and decided to stay

because of her. It is doomed to be staged as a tragedy where love has nothing to do about love.Why did Lolita fall in love with the professor?Or we can say, it is not love.How could she know the meaning of love?She was a girl who only knows watching cartoon magazines,eating chewing gum ,blowing bubbles,and putting on denture set and taking off again and again.Actually,I think she also acted as if in love and made the professor think so.Therefore, he thought that she would definitely follow him to go anywhere forever and started a new life.He thought his whole life was enough only with her.But Lolita did not think so,she even saw him neither as her first lover nor the most charming man in her heart.At last,the professor killed the most charming man in Lolita’s heart.It was the man who spirited away the professor’s devotion--Lolita,and destroyed the wonderful dream he would be with her forever.

Another part in this film also impressed me a lot.It’s process on color is perfet.And the entire film is a flashback.It begins with the dull, hazy , and overcast hue .The slow rhythm of the music is filled with grief and hopeless.

A Movie Review of Becoming Jane

Becoming Jang is a classical film concerning love. Basing on the real life of the outstanding writer JaneAusten, the film is very inspiring. Jame Austen is the leading role of the film and the film mainly talks about the affection between Jane and Tom Leroy. Jane is a very beautiful girl, whose family is poor. Jane’s family wish her to marry with a rich man.Though Tom Leroy is a poor lawyer, Jane falls in love with him after several conversations. And Jane chooses Tom Leroy without any hesitation It seems to her that It is the love not the money that matters. So Jane says “Do what we must do ”and runs off with Tom. In the end, for some reasons they are separated and the story becomes a tragedy.

All in all, the movie is quite wonderful and moving. It teaches us how to deal with our affection in a sense. We can benefit a lot from it.

A review of the movie called “pride and prejudice” In my opinion, the movie called “pride and prejudice” adapted from the book by Jane Austen is just an exceptional movie.Firstly, background music such as some dance music is graceful and fair-sounding.Secondly, all clothes of actors and actresses are gorgeous.Thirdly, the leading actress acting Elizabeth Bennet is not only beautiful and smart but also acts well enough to be loved by the audience.At last, the movie is in British style, which makes every scene is as beautiful as a landscape painting.

The beginning of the movie is the leading actress with a book called “the first impression”, the primitive name of “pride and prejudice” in her hand, making the movie fit the theme more.I think the highlight of the movie is a bitter quarrel of leading actor and actress during a

rainstorm.When Mr Darcy expresses his love and struggle to Elizabeth, he is rejected relentlessly by her because she thinks he is an arrogant man.The fierce conflict between them is precisely what the movie wants to express to us. Love knows nothing of rank or riverbank. This is the classic line from the movie: “only deep love will persuade me to marry which is why I end up an old maid”, which reflects Elizabeth’s view of love and marriage.Unlike her sisters and friend, she prefers to pursue marriage based on true love. Her sister Lydia desires vanity and elopes with a solider in spite of the reputation of her family.Her friend Charlotte

is engaged with Mr Collins because she believes that she is too old to afford to be romantic even though Mr Collins is a ridiculous person.I am profoundly touched by the final scene when Mr Darcy walks to Elizabeth in the fog, which means all the waiting you have had to do will be worthwhile.

However, there are certain deficiencies in the movie.For instance, limited by the capacity of a movie, why Mr Darcy Love Elizabeth is still not clear, causing the plot more old-fashioned.Some people including me consider some character in the movie don’t fit the original book.Just as the saying goes,there are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people’s eyes.So it is inevitable for a movie adapted from a book to get

criticized.On the whole,the movie is a classic work and one of the most beautiful movies in the world.
