杨澜：中国著名电视节目主持人及企业家。从1990年起曾与赵忠祥一同主持中国中央电视台《正大综艺》节目并为大家熟知。现主持多档谈话节目，如采访类节目《杨澜访谈录》及女性类节目《天下女人》。曾被评选为“亚洲二十位社会与文化领袖”、“能推动中国前进、重塑中国形象的十二位代表人物”、“《中国妇女》时代人物。现时她是阳光媒体投资控股有限公司主席。

今天，我介绍的就是杨澜的《杨澜访谈录》的实体书。我是看过她的节目之后被她的口才吸引的，虽然她在节目中说的是很多（相比其他主持人来说），但是她真的是在我看来是抛砖引玉的主持人，并且她很会倾听，只是其他主持人所不具备的。我最近学的公选课中我们的广告传媒专业的副教授说过新闻和访谈节目最重要的就是他的真实性杨澜的节目就是这样，所有的都留给讲述者自己来说，让观众自己理解，这是我最钦佩的。

is some very deep, powerful and heartfelt sentiment. would that those at whom it is

aimed would take heed. the versions posted on several news services had minor errors.

this is precisely as it was deliverd. i stand before you today the representative of a family in grief, in a country

in mourning before a world in shock. we are all united not only in our desire to pay our respects to diana but rather

in our need to do so. for such was her extraordinary appeal that the tens of millions of people taking

part in this service all over the world via television and radio who never actually

met her, feel that they, too, lost someone close to them in the early hours of sunday

morning. it is a more remarkable tribute to diana than i can ever hope to offer her

today. today is our chance to say thank you for the way you brightened our lives, even

though god granted you but half a life. we will all feel cheated, always, that you

were taken from us so young and yet we must learn to be grateful that you came along

at all. only now you are gone do we truly appreciate what we are now without and we want

you to know that life without you is very, very difficult. we have all despaired at our loss over the past week and only the strength of

the message you gave us through your years of giving has afforded us the strength

to move forward. there is a temptation to rush to canonize your memory. there is no need to do

so. you stand tall enough as a human being of unique qualities not to need to be seen

as a saint. indeed to sanctify your memory would be to miss out on the very core of

your being, your wonderfully mischievous sense of humor with the laugh that bent you

double, your joy for life transmitted wherever you took your smile, and the sparkle

in those unforgettable eyes, your boundless energy which you could barely contain. but your greatest gift was your intuition, and it was a gift you used wisely.

this is what underpinned all your wonderful attributes. and if we look to analyze

what it was about you that had such a wide appeal, we find it in your instinctive

feel for what was really important in all our lives. without your god-given sensitivity, we would be immersed in greater ignorance

at the anguish of aids and hiv sufferers, the plight of the homeless, the isolation

of lepers, the random destruction of land mines. diana explained to me once that it

was her innermost feelings of suffering that made it possible for her to connect with

her constituency of the rejected. the world sensed this part of her character and cherished her for her

vulnerability, whilst admiring her for her honesty. the last time i saw diana was

on july the first, her birthday, in london, when typically she was not taking time

to celebrate her special day with friends but was guest of honor at a fund-raising

charity evening. she sparkled of course, but i would rather cherish the days i spent with her in

march when she came to visit me and my children in our home in south africa. i am

proud of the fact that apart from when she was on public display meeting president

mandela, we managed to contrive to stop the ever-present paparazzi from getting a

single picture of her. that meant a lot to her. these were days i will always treasure. it was as if wed been transported back

to our childhood, when we spent such an enormous amount of time together, the two

youngest in the family. fundamentally she hadnt changed at all from the big sister who mothered me as

a baby, fought with me at school and endured those long train journeys between our

parents homes with me at weekends. it is a tribute to her level-headedness and strength

that despite the most bizarre life imaginable after her childhood, she remained intact,

true to herself. there is no doubt that she was looking for a new direction in her life at this

time. she talked endlessly of getting away from england, mainly because of the treatment she

received at the hands of the newspapers. i dont think she ever understood why her genuinely good intentions were sneered

at by the media, why there appeared to be a permanent quest on their behalf to bring

her down. it is baffling. my own, and only, explanation is that genuine goodness is

threatening to those at the opposite end of the moral spectrum. it is a point to remember that of all the ironies about diana, perhaps the greatest

was this; that a girl given the name of the ancient goddess of hunting was, in the

ive been an optimist and i supposed that is rooted in my belief that the power

在准备英语演讲比赛的时候，我本想简单地从网上搜索一些文章作为我演讲的内容。我看过很多文章，有著名主持人的、北大教授的、大学生的，也有初中生的。但是看完之后，我放弃了当初的想法，我甚至为当初的想法感到有一些羞愧。因为今天我站在这里向大家演讲的主题，是一个庄重而严肃的主题；是一个充满荣耀与自豪的主题；是每一个中华儿女共同期盼的主题。每个人都有属于他们自己的中国梦，而我，当然也有一直萦绕在心怀只属于我的中国梦。

someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don?t know who wrote these words, but i?ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

we are young. “how to spend the youth?” it is a meaningful

question. to answer it, first i have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” youth is not a time of life, it?s a state of mind. it?s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it?s the matter of the will. it?s the freshness of the deep spring of life.

你如何理解 压力就是动力 很多人都问过这样的问题：压力为什么会降到我头上？我应该如何面对压力？我认为可

以用一句话来回答就是：压力就是动力。 不知道大家有没有听过这样一句话“如果你想

翻墙，请先把帽子扔过去。”我认为其实在很多时候，不给自己回头的理由，不给自己留后路

是一件好事，只有学会用压力来逼迫自己，才能珍惜自己的人生，才能创造出更大的价值。 有这样一个真实的小故事：一个人看到蝴蝶幼虫在茧中拼命挣扎太过辛苦，出于好心，

就用剪刀将茧剪开，让幼虫轻易地从里面爬出来。但是，这只幼蝶根本飞不起来而且很快就

死掉了。原来，幼蝶在茧中挣扎是生命中不可缺少的一部分，是为了让身体更强壮、翅膀更

有力。如果不经历必要的破茧过程，他就无法适应茧外的环境。其实这正是在告诉我们，一

身体健康与心理健康

每每提起健康，大家首先想到的就是身体健康。诚然，我们不能否定身体健康的重要性，

我们也无法避免会看到那些因为疾病而远离我们的亲人朋友。但是大家有没有想过，身体健

康的丧失难道与心理健康的失调没有一点关系吗？ 你一定会反驳道：我觉得我的心理很健康，但为什么还经常得病呢？ 就让我们随便举几个生活中的例子吧。有些人，承受着重大的生活压力，却不知如何排

解，终于引发了高血压等现代疾病；有些人在面临一些重要场合的时候，会出现很紧张的心

理表现，从而引发了一系列不适的生理现象；还有些人胆小竟然被吓死，心眼小被活活气死。

虽然最后这类现象不是很常见，但他们也是有发生的可能，而这从侧面也或多或少的向我们

了展示了身体健康与心理健康的关系。所以要想做一个健康的人，不仅要追求身体上的健康，

更需要追求心理上的健康。我们要学会去调节心理健康。那么我们怎样去调节心理健康呢？

可以从以下几个方面。

第一,要自信。玫瑰就是玫瑰，莲花就是莲花，只要去看，不要比较，一味的比较最容易

动摇我们的初衷；

在英国查理三世的故事。查理准备与里奇蒙德决一死战，查理让一个马夫去给自己的战马钉

马掌，铁匠钉到第四个马掌时，差一个钉子，铁匠便偷偷敷衍了事，不久，查理和对方交上

了火，大战中忽然一只马掌掉了，国王被掀翻在地，王国随之易主。百分之一的错误导致了

细节决定成败，这不仅只适用于企业国家间，它体现在生活中的每一个角落里，包括我

们的学习。最终的分数排名固然吸引眼球，但是过程中的每一个小小的细节更不能被忽视。

做作业的认真程度，上课的专心与否，甚至于做考卷的是否细心，都很大程度地在最后的分

数上得到证明。成与败，决定于日积月累的每一个细节。 荀子在《劝学》中讲到：“不积跬步，无以至千里；不积小流，无以成江海??”如果我们

不重视细节，千里大堤，狂风巨浪未能移其毫厘，可谓牢不可破。然而蝼蚁入侵，日削月割，

大堤最终倒塌。百年巨树，雷击山崩不能毁其生命，可谓顽强不屈，但是小小甲虫却能咬破

树皮，吃空树干。正因为这些常常被忽略掉的蝼蚁、甲虫，才使得看似牢不可破的大堤、巨

树变得脆弱不堪，因此，细节性的问题往往会成为致命的问题，对待事物不能忽视细节，微

小的事物一旦被忽略就会由小引大，终会造成无可挽回的后果。这就是细节，如果注意不到

这个小细节，那么原本应该是“100-1=99”的等式就会变成“100-1=0”，我们所做的都将功

亏一篑，1%的错误导致的100%的失败。 同学们，责任铸就辉煌，而细节却决定成败！ 时间能改变一切

时间，是一个神奇的词语。它成为了人们不能解释时的唯一借口，它成为了不能回头，

看到了人类的一步步改变，是人类通过自己努力的改变，同时也是时间的改变，时间它不会

静止，它改变了世界。时间的长河里，锻造出了亚历山大，牛顿，爱因斯坦，达尔文，孔子

等伟人。这些名人的出现，促进了时代的变迁。时间能够改变一切，时间让我们看到未来将

会更好，这个不会停止的进程里，永远有想不到的惊喜。 其次，从我们现实生活出发。时间能够改变一切，旧习惯会被新的习惯所替代。旧的我

们也会染上新的气息，因为时间不会停止，我们也不会静止。总会有人在遇到挫折的时候，

想要放弃。总会有人在遇到困难的时候，不再有勇气。可是，时间会改变他们，时间会给他

们一个答案。就算有再大的挑战，只要有时间去改变，我们就会有希望成功。所以这些小挫

折，永远也不会影响时间的更替。时间会让我们的努力看到结果，这便是时间的不可超越性。

时间能改变一切，时间能让孩童时的纯真、幼稚蜕变。时间能让一个生命在它的流里，显得

带人,静坐当思已过,闲谈莫论他人是非,一切严格要求自己,从自己做起。 现在给大家讲个故事吧：明朝年间，山东济阳人董笃行在京城做官。一天，他接到家信，

说家里盖房为地基而与邻居发生争吵，希望他能借权望来出面解决此事。董笃行看后马上修

书一封，道：“千里捎书只为墙，不禁使我笑断肠；你仁我义结近邻，让出两尺又何妨。”家

人读后，觉得董笃行有道理，便主动在建房时让出几尺。而邻居见董家如此，也有所感悟，

同样效法。结果两家共让出八尺宽的地方，房子盖成后，就有了一条胡同，世称“仁义胡同”。 我们生活在这个浮躁的社会经常会遇到，方方面面的摩擦，不管问题的起因是什么，大

多数人会把问题的矛头指向别人。反观别人也是如此，这样就很容易让一些小问题，纠缠为

不可调和的大问题。古代圣贤早就明白了这个道理，谆谆告诫我们要，严于厉己宽以待人，

这样才能在人与人的交往中，保持和谐，人的和谐才能促进社会的和谐。所以在要求别人的

时候不如先严格检讨一下自己，你会发现，律人不如律己。 所以，遇事勿浮躁，律人不如律己，做一个心胸宽广的人，才能让我们的生活更加的精

彩。我也相信，做好这一点。我们的社会也将更加的和谐美好。 拜金的危害 当下中国，拜金思潮汹涌，人人都在谈论拜金主义，如果我们抛开拜金女，评一评中国

各个阶层有无拜金思潮？

看政府，追求ｇｄｐ，算不算拜金？看资本家，追求高额利润，算不算拜金？看无产阶

级，追求金钱，算不算拜金？会大环境下，出现几个拜金女，实在不是一件稀奇的事情了。

于是遍看中国，无处不存在拜金，无时不存在拜金。拜金， 就是盲目崇拜金钱、把金钱价值

看作最高价值、一切价值都要服从于金钱价值的思想观念和行为。说白了就是‘唯利是图’。

其本质就是‘自我’和‘唯我’ 。‘自我’的意思就是我的利益天下第一，‘唯我’的意思就

是为了我的利益，可以出卖一切。从这里我们可以看出，拜金主义，算是一种罪恶。因为，

无论是出卖自我，还是出卖他人，都会间接或直接伤害的他人的利益，这是小到个人，大到

国家的祸乱导火线。比如见利忘义；比如贪污渎职，比如“三聚氰胺”，比如“烽火戏诸侯”{3分钟演讲稿名人}.

等等的数不胜数。

因此，对待拜金思潮，必须给它加一道锁链，防止对他人利益的损害。古人是怎么解决

这个问题？像孔子，韩非子、老子等人，都不避讳“利”，不认为利是一件可耻的事。但都认

为，对于“利”，必须加以控制。儒家用“仁义礼教”约束利益，法家用“法”和“术”来约

束利益，道家用“无为”来约束利益。 今日中国，拜金可有“仁义道德”制约否？有。有效否？否。为何？不信拜金可有“法

制”制约否？有。有效否？否。为何？无法可依，有法不依，违法不究，执法不严，拜金可

有“无为”制约否？不现实。 由此看来，现代根本没有一种有效的规则来约束个人与团体的利益需求，那么拜金思潮

泛滥就是必然，人人为利，无所不为，无所畏惧，天不怕，地不怕，生不怕，死不怕。 可

怕啊，若人人都在拜金，每个团体都可以为了利益，去牺牲他人利益，那中国何处还有乐土；

若拜金无法被道德和法制有效制约，那国家的存在，政权的存在，民族的存在还有什么意义。

长此以往，国真将不国。 这恐怕就是拜金主义对中国的最大危害了。 因此，对待拜金思潮必须严肃对待，而在中国公有制的大背景下，只要公有制财富还没

有瓜分完毕，中国是不会乱的。所以对中国来说，亡羊补牢，犹未晚也。 金钱不是万能的，没有也是万万不能的 金钱绝不是万能的，但生活中没有钱却是万万不能的。拥有金钱你不一定有幸福，但是

没有金钱你一定不会幸福，当一个人连最低的生理需求都无法满足的时候，一切都无从谈起。 金钱作为社会财富的象征，我们每个人都不能缺少它。尤其生活在现代的社会，如果一

个人没有金钱将寸步难行，因为：

（1)没有金钱就无法享受生活

钱是很重要的，虽然不是如人们常说的金钱是万能的，真正的爱情、友情是无法用金钱

来买卖的。但钱也是重要的而缺了钱，“一分钱难倒英雄汉”之类的事实却常把人逼的半死，

那真是没有钱便万万不能。我们要做财富和金钱的主人而不是奴隶，我们应该用钱做更多有

意义的事情。

（2）没有金钱就难以体现个人与社会价值 对于追求财富的人来说，财富的积聚过程，既是自我价值实现的过程，也是健全个性的

过程。如果一个人没有创富、成长、发展的经历，他就可能永远不会发现潜藏在自己躯体里

的潜能。

同时也显而易见，当人们在其致富过程中实现其个人价值的同时，社会价值也随之凸现，

个人价值与社会价值是统一的。

（3）没有金钱难以实现自己的理想 每个人在其一生都会有许多大大小小的理想，而自己理想的实现，无疑会获得一种满足
