在现阶段，播音员语速在播音界还是一个有争议的问题，有人主张快一点，有人主张慢一点，但是有一点是没有争议的，即每分钟220字以下这样的慢语速已经逐渐被淘汰。这主要是两个方面的原因造成的：一是慢语速适应不了人们对信息量越来越大的需求，二是它不适合快节奏的现代人的口味。

那么，播音员语速是不是越快越好呢?答案是否定的。语言的速度是有限度的。说话的速度太快，“耳朵”就会跟不上“嘴巴”,听的人领会理解就比较困难。而且语速太快，就会给人造成一种压迫感，使人紧张，从而也影响人们的理解。

另一方面，播音作为一门语言艺术，它与我们普通说话不同，它讲究语言规范、吐字清晰、语音准确。每一个汉字的发音过程都由“字头、字腹、字尾”组成。为了吐字清晰语音

准确，每个字或词的发音都应该按一定的规律发全，调值也要到位。如果一味的加快语速，势必压缩发音过程和时间，这一方面会造成语言的异义，一方面会让听众觉得声音急促，发音不全，以致难以辨析。

那么，什么样的语速是广播新闻适宜的播音语速呢?

北师大语音专家周同春教授的研究表明，对于日常生活中非常熟悉的语言，在短时间内(几秒钟内)，人耳的接受程度可达每秒七八个字，甚至更多;一般情况下，人耳的接受程度，即辨析率是每秒四五个字，即每分钟240-250字。超过这个速度一定程度，听者理解辨析就会有一定困难。而且不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同职业的人对语言理解的能力是不同的。老年人听力差、反应速度慢、记忆力减退，他们的听觉和识辨能力往往不及年轻人，文化水平低的人对语言的理解能力一般也赶不上文化水平高的人。所以我们在选择播音语速时要兼顾大多数听众，不能一味求快。

260字只不过是从生理学上得出的一个大致平均值，其实具体到每一篇稿件，则播音速度要根据每篇稿件的具体情况来确定，没有一定之规。因为不同内容、不同体裁、不同情感因素的稿件所要求的播音语速是不一样的。通讯、特写会比消息播的慢一些;同是消息，政府的重大声明、突发事件的报道、重大人事任免事项等要播得慢一些，而反腐倡廉一类的有关通知、有关规定则要播得快些，以期借着语速造成一种压力，一种威势;听众不熟悉的内容比如介绍纳米材料的报道，里面的新知识、新名词多，则要播得慢一些，好给听众一个领会吸收的余地;不同情感色彩的报道在语速上的不同要求则更明显，比如重大人物的讣告，只有极慢的语速才能表达出悲哀、伤痛的心情，而重大喜庆节目的现场报道，如果也用极慢语速，就会与现场热烈气氛极不相称;即使在同一篇稿件里面，语速也可能不一样，比如播报重要的人名、地名、数字，以及核心内容等，语速要稍微放慢，以起到强调作用。

从以上的分析我们可以看出，播音语速不仅是决定广播新闻节目信息量大小的一个重要因素，它和播音员的语气、语调一样，是表现稿件内容和情感的一个重要手段，激愤、喜悦、欢庆、振奋、悲痛、内容的重大与否都可以在某种程度上凭借语速表达出来。

that the outside of his car was dusty so i cleaned it up. when i finally entered the

house, i called out.the woman who loves you the most in the world just cleaned your

headlights and windshield.my husband looked up and said. do you know what he said? he said, moms here? can you see any connection between the question and the story? of course you cannot,

because in fact the question has nothing to do with the story. my meaning of giving
